Product Description

By entering your model number, you can make sure that this fits.
12 Foot Extension Pole with Easy Twist-On Fruit Picker Tool: Provides up to 20 feet of reach; simply twist the fruit picking basket onto the pole – most fruit picking baskets require the basket to be ratched onto the pole for each use – not the DocaPole Fruit Picker! Before using the basket for the first time, tighten the basket collar around the included adapter.
Multi-Pick Basket: The large volume fruit picker basket can hold multiple pieces of fruit, eliminating the need to retract the basket between pickings. To save time, let the basket fill up with fruit before retracting it.
DocaPole Fruit Picker includes a padded insert that ensures all picked fruit falls onto and rests on a soft surface, preventing bruising and preserving the high quality of freshly picked fruit.
DocaPole 12-Foot: The 5-12-foot high-quality, light-weight aluminum extension pole is a premium telescopic pole with a solid metal tip and a screw-on 180-degree hinge tip.
Fruit Picking Tool For All Fruit: Its universal threaded tip allows it to work with a wide range of attachments to complete all of your difficult-to-reach tasks; use with DocaPole attachments.

Questions & Answers

How effective is it at gutter cleaning?

It's not for that; it's for picking fruit.

What is the difference in weight between the 30 and 24 foot poles?

The 24' pole's item weight is 6. 25 lbs. Because the 30' pole has an extra extension section, it should only be about 3/4 pound heavier. (I don't have a 30' pole to verify this, and Amazon's website doesn't show the actual longer pole; it could be built differently.)

Is it possible to find just the basket part for this pole? The basket does not appear to be available separately, and I already have the pole. ?

Hello,br>We're selling the item as a set, and we're sorry that we don't have a spare for each part.

Is there enough room in the basket for coconuts?

I get some colossal mangoes, and when I say colossal, I really mean colossal. However, because they are oddly shaped, it can be difficult to grab them when they are that large. I think I'll be fine because coconuts are fairly uniform in shape.

It's perfect! We have a large mango and avocado tree in our backyard, which is ideal
5/5

They're so big that no fruit picker I've ever bought could reach them, so I'd have to hire teenagers from the neighborhood to climb a ladder and then use a short picker to get the fruit before it was bruised by hurling itself to the ground on a windy day. This picker is ideal; it measures approximately 3-inches in length. stories, and it can hold a pound of mango and a half-pound of pineapple. pound avocados plucked from the tree's very tops It's light, but it's incredibly powerful. I'm 75 years old and manage to pick the fruit and retrieve it from the padded basket all by myself. This is the most amazing thing that has ever happened to me! Don't look anywhere else; this is exactly what you're looking for!.

A 24' pole is ideal for picking avacados from a full-grown avocado tree
5/5

Tree of a certain size. Unless you have a REALLY tall window to dust, save $20 and get the 24' instead of the 30'; I wouldn't pick anything at 30'. The basket will remain in place. Telescopes are very easy to move around with. Locks don't come undone. You'll need to retract it or dump your harvest somewhere soft if it's fully extended. With avacados, this is simple. Easily- A different story may be told about bruised fruit. br>br>The pole can support its own weight as well as the empty wire basket if you lower it carefully and dump your fruit before hitting the ground, but it flexes, and I wouldn't be surprised if a full basket caused a deformation failure. What do you hope to get out of aluminum? A steel pole would be too heavy, and a titanium pole would be too expensive, so this is a good compromise that deserves five stars. You can put your trust in us when making a purchase.

Fully extended, the poles are flimsy and easy to bend
3/5

At 25 to 30 feet, this isn't strong enough to pick fruit like mangoes. The pole had bent to the point where it was nearly impossible to retract it short enough to fit in the back of the truck without it protruding too far. If you only extended the first to third sections, I believe it would be strong enough to pick mangoes. With all four sections extended, I made it through a nine-mango-picking session. DOCA, if you ever require a product tester for a fruit picking tool, I am your man. This time it didn't work. It could be useful as a dustpan.

Excellent quality and a great deal of utility! This is the real deal! I'm sick of buying gimmicks that don't live up to the hype, but this is a nice product that will allow us to get the goodies from WAY up in the tree! Simply flip the locking tabs to activate the telescoping handle feature, which works beautifully and is very simple to use
5/5

There's even more (yes, there's more!). ) I had completely forgotten that it comes with a "swiffer" attachment for dusting in hard-to-reach areas, as well as a very cool "angle adjustment" attachment that can be screwed onto the end. Did I forget to mention how well-made the wire basket that grabs and holds the fruit is? I was concerned that it would be a flimsy, low-cost option. It's made of thin gauge metal, but it's solid and has a nice coating that should keep it rust-free for a long time. This one's a keeper!.

Excellent But…
4/5

When you have a large avocado tree, this is a fantastic and practical item to have. br> However, I was surprised by a couple of things. First and foremost, it includes an attachment for dusting ceiling fans, which is fantastic and something I hadn't expected: ) I was a little disappointed with the cushion that sits in the basket because, while it appears to fit in the photos, it actually falls out quite frequently and appears to be rather pointless. It would be nice if it had Velcro on the sides or something to keep it in the basket, and I may add one or tape it to keep it inside, but it does fall out of the basket otherwise it's fantastic and a great buy. Despite the problem with the fruit bruising cushion, I recommend it.

My Aunt is a huge fan of this pole
5/5

I bought this pole so that my aunt could pick mangoes and send them to me. It's something she really enjoys. It's also a hit with her neighbors. Everyone on her street takes turns picking avocados, mangoes, oranges, and other fruits and vegetables, according to her. She claims the height and weight are ideal for her, as she is 85 years old and strong. It's sturdy, durable, easy to use, and well worth the price, according to her, and some of her neighbors have asked me to order it for them as well.

Please keep in mind that the head and pole may arrive separately! I received the head the morning after the pole, which came with a dusting attachment, following an initial issue with my apartment managers not realizing there was a second portion to this delivery
5/5

I was surprised not to see the item I ordered, but I'm glad it was delivered, and I'll make sure to double-check my deliveries from now on. br>For a product review, the pole is nice; it doesn't extend very easily, but it isn't so stiff that I have to exert a lot of force to get it to extend. I like how the pole positions are locked in place with a lever rather than the twist lock action used by most extension poles. It saves me a lot of time! The reach appears to be adequate, and it is reasonably stable when fully extended. Fruit picking will take some time for testing because I have several succulents at work that produce edible fruit but have grown too tall for easy picking, as well as some orgeat trees around the apartment complex that no one was able to harvest this year and have now mostly spoiled on the tree. The picking attachment is simple and should work well with oranges; however, the succulent fruits may pose a challenge because they require a good twist to remove. Overall, it may work for what I'm hoping for, and it will undoubtedly work for fruiting trees such as orange and apple. The pole is well worth the money, and it's a good buy all around!.

There are no rules
3/5

It appears to be a well-kept secret. Picker is made, but it isn't suitable for figs or smaller fruit. I'm not sure what the brush's purpose is. The best way to use would have been to follow the instructions. It's heavy, so it'll take a strong person to use it up in the trees. I'm debating whether I should keep it or not. This isn't a low-cost option.
