Razor blade with outstanding cutting ability. The blade on this machete is thicker than the last two Gerber machetes I have A lanyard that can be adjusted is a very useful It may take some time, but I believe this is the first time I have given a 5 star rating. In order to save my rating, I hope I will not have to adjust it in the future due to poor performance on the job.

This product is excellent for the price. Great metal work and it is a really sharp knife, and the serrated back makes it an excellent purchase. The knuckle guard is also very sturdy and I would recommend it to hikers who want a good knife.

Cannot withstand the test of time

This is a poor-quality product. Steel that was too narrow at this location caused the shank to break in two near the point where the screws attach at the handle. The practice is very much not recommended.

I was amazed by the condition of the sheath as soon as I opened the box. Has the water had white salt in it(? This shirt is covered in ) spots. It seems to be a well-built machete that is heavy and solid!.

It's not amazing, but it's also not terrible. If you purchase it, you won't regret your purchase because it has a decent value, especially since the boot knife is included. I don't expect it to last very long, however.
