Despite receiving an edger to sharpen, we did not do so. Regardless of its shortcomings, I am pleased with its performance. If the grass is wet, it is much easier to use.
At the top, the height is about 7 inches, narrowing to the point where the ground is broken. This is awesome.
A lot of squares or strips of sod would be very nicely cut if it were this machine. However, you would still have to slide the shovel under the pieces. It is nice and neatly cut which is great if you plan to re-use the grass elsewhere. Thank you for your help.
Rather than trenching, it is designed for edging, whether it is trimming the edges of grass or trimming the edge of a garden. There are about 3" of depth in the tunnel.

There's nothing special about it, but it does what it's advertised to do, and the best part is that your foot goes right over the middle of the blade, making it almost effortless to create a shoveled edge around mulch patches. In essence, I leave my right foot in the foothold and sidestep all the way around the bed, followed by steps down, side steps, steps down, and another step down. This is what I'm trying to say. I almost started laughing a few times when it goes by so fast. This one will stay in my shed for the rest of my life.
Our first step was to chop our line, then we used a spade to dig out a ditch at a 45 degree angle against the line to make It was a pain to pull the weeds / grass, but it came out beautifully! Click here to see photos! It took me about two hours to complete.
Using it for 1 hour, welded half circle, but metal on half circle was not placed properly and it came off completely. To teach your manufacturing welders where to weld, you must first- As soon as the product is replaced and I receive a refund, I may modify my review.
It seems to work An edger like this was used in the fall of 1998 in Michigan to create a In Michigan, take care of your beds by removing grass in the fall. This is a much easier process than when I used to do "spring" projects into the summer. It didn't get a hard ground workout, so I didn't work it. However, it seems that it will also be able to handle that. In the coming year, I am planning to use it to create grooves for edging. Throughout this year, the weather hasn't been favorable for yard work. Ibuprofen is not included in this package, but it is present separately. My back was ready for a winter break!.
We have creeping grass here in South Carolina, so I've used it around some shrubs to keep it at bay. Foot pressure is needed to push it into the ground, so it is a relatively light tool. Despite its sharp blade, it is sharp enough to cut quite a bit of grass as it is driven into the ground. Once the grass is severed, the severed roots are easy to retrieve by teasing them out, leaving behind only a few grass roots. Even in the current heat (90 degrees C), this is a bit of exercise, but you can always skip sections of it. There are some reviews that mention a problem with the joint where the handle meets the foot arch, but when I use the tool, it is mostly the footplate at the bottom that bears the weight, not my arms. Rather than putting weight on it, I use the handle as a guide and retractor for the blade. In any case, I find it to be very effective.
My favorite part is the end. The product is built well but does not weigh too much. To carry out the task Easily gripped and solid, this handle is shaped to feel great in your hands. It's so cool how you step it into the ground to drive it in. By doing so, your arms and back will be saved Besides cutting a perfect line along my driveway, it was also helpful in scooping up loose sod on the concrete. Despite the length of the work, it is easy on the If I ever need to buy this again, I expect that it will last me.
I laughed because it was not as easy as it seemed. Because of the soil, it's easy to grow. The edges on my driveways, side walks, and curbs are all made of concrete. Despite the heavy clay soil and hard tree roots, the crab grass and tree roots are extremely tough. As I waited for the 100 degree days to end, I put the tool in the living room. After a good rain, you should try using it after the soil is moist. Start digging 3" AWAY from the concrete and continue about half the width of the shovel all the way down the Turn the blade at an angle to bring the clump to the surface. Once you have the tool under the clump of dirt, dig down from the concrete side and lay the blade down under the clump of dirt. It will all make sense to you. Creating a long line of dirt and grass in this manner is much easier. The tool should be turned around and changed direction to avoid the tool bending under the force of the It is the best compliment I can receive that money was well spent.
The best tool to use. It is important that I could use something I didn't have to fire up anything gas or electric since I find it difficult to do so. I am a senior (ugh) and not able to do all that I used to do. In addition to the bigger jobs, it also tackles the smaller ones. My recommendation is to place flower beds around flower beds, etc.
