My opinion is that it is not true. Also, I do not think it is a ceiling that will last for too long. After an hour in a vertical application, it did not stick.
My bad. I didn't do it.
I was not happy with this
I used it for this purpose, and it stayed stuck for more than two months, until I had to use super glue to seal

The following is not intended to replace. I did not like the brand name, the first one I tried. This is much The adhesion initially seems intense but in areas that water will come into contact with regularly, it will soften. One of the best ways to keep opponents at bay is by using a layer of superglue, a tip I learned from using a brand named that doesn't bond at all. While the game is simple, and easy, it has tricky corners. It would be helpful to have instructions and tips. It is likely that you will end up with discoloration if you do not paint over them. If color is needed to be refreshed, you might try using grout markers. It is a decorative cap applied to smooth out uneven caulking or to conceal a bad caulking job. It is not a proper replacement, as it is not as tough or durable as.
In my case, I purchased the product to use between my enameled cast iron bathtub and vinyl floor. This is an interesting idea Caulking looks messy on my part, so the job would look neater if I done it. This strip attached to the tub but did not adhere at all (even after cleaning, drying, and heating the tub with the hair dryer) and although it adhered to the flooring it wasn't as effective as what I would want to be waterproof from drips splashing outside. So, I'm going to caulk the old-fashioned way (if a bit messy).
Having this product makes caulking so easy and eliminates all the mess. It is a very unique product. The caulk adheres well and is more effective than other caulks. You would normally use caulk for a smaller area, but the caulk on this is wider.
This was placed along the back wall of my bathtub near the junction of the tub and the wall.
We were dissatisfied with the product given the lack of instructions given regarding preparation of the area to be treated. The product would not have worked if I had not removed the old product and prepared the area. I wouldn't buy it again if I had not done this project before.
That didn't work well because it was easier and cleaner than trying to lay a bead of caulk and smooth it out all at once. You can use it as long as you don't expose it to extra harsh cleaners for long periods of time. Don't use steel wool or anything that might cause the product to tear.
Finding it difficult to stick to the base of my new toilet. I'm having a hard time getting it to stick around the wall.
We used this as a counter top in the kitchen. There is an excellent seal that is made with this tape. No amount of water has succeeded in releasing its hold, and I don't expect it to. The cost of buying more than one roll at a time can be reduced.
