The device was purchased in It was only in inches, there was no metric measurement except On the front, there are 5m. It is at the very least misleading.

My exact model is the one I own, and I am in love with It took a while for the lock to completely break. Then, over 2-weeks later, after usage that was medium to low This is the third year. There have only been a few that broke among lots of freebies and other questionable no-namers. Now, the tape does not lock at all it always retracts (only slowly if it is My time-tested plan of taking it apart and disassembling it provided me with the lock mechanism (you can see it partially in one of the product photographs), which is plastic, thin, and not worth repairing (if it can be fixed). Comelon is not one of the suppliers of parts (ha), and they do not offer replacements. I know everything I need to know from that. (Five years ago) Thank you very much.

I have still got the original packaging more than three years after the I decided to write this review because I wanted to avoid ever removing the tool from the original package and I wanted to finally take it to my grave. I hadn't really intended to do that, in fact I intend to revise my will and have my lawyer open this tape after I have died and open the package for the sole purpose of calculating how deep my hole is. In fact, I want to use this tape only for that purpose, at least in my life. Until then, I will not open it. It is my intent for my lawyer to follow my request and I will now take the time to name the primary and secondary beneficiaries Taking this decision is not an easy one, so I will have to ruminate over it carefully.
Basically, it is a great tape measure for a lot of reasons, sturdy, easy to read, compact, but the best part is that it is marked in both metric and inches (1/16" resolution). I am therefore finding it to be the best way to gain familiarity with metric measurements that are equivalent to inch measurements more familiar to us. On Amazon, I was trying to find a small enclosure for a project, and many of them provided metric measurements. However, I had no intuitive sense of how 70 mm worked. It sounds huge, but I know that a mm is not that big. The answer is, actually, a lot of a small thing is not that big. It's hard to say I don't know. 'Cause the only thing I'm sure of is there are two. So the math is easy. In an inch, 54 cm are equal to a quarter of Now, division by 10, division by 2. I would start with 70. Using 54 and 2 as an example. The size of the window is 75 inches long. Despite knowing how to calculate it, I don't yet have an intuitive sense of how it feels. With this eye-catching tape measure, however, I can easily pull it out to around 70 mm and see that it is a little less than 3 inches long. This is a fantastic representation of not only the numeric conversion, but also a compelling visual that I can relate to in many more ways. Thus, remembering will be possible. With the tape measure, I had a rough idea of how much stuff needed to go into the box, so I picked out the ideal size from Amazon quickly. In fact, I will order another one for my workshop, since I love it.
There are at least five of these lying around so I won't have to hunt around for them when I need them. Its accuracy and durability has never been questioned, its lock works, and its spring has never worn out. A quality it has is that it doesn't have any sharp edges. You do not need to remove it from your pocket or wear out the fabric of your trousers to stow it. If you carry a different brand tape measure around a box store for an hour, at least you will appreciate how Komelon's design is. It is sufficient for 98% of measurements to use a 12' length. Stuck as to what to give that special guy? You will receive silent thanks from him every time he uses one of these.
It might seem that an ordinary measuring tape cannot be the source of such amazing wonders. I worked as a carpenter for many years and just bought this to have on hand for those quick little home tasks when I don't feel like bringing out my entire tool belt. I wasn't expecting much for the price I paid, but I was pleasantly surprised The following are reasons to choose lightweight fabrics 1) nylon 2) It has a special coating resulting in an ultra-smooth blade 3) despite it being only 3/4 inch wide, the added curvature allows it to flex surprisingly far without support. Therefore, it gets a score of 5 stars -Wow. Buying this for this price was so much better than I had anticipated It is definitely superior to other products.
This measuring tape had a tape measure with both a feet/inch and a My tape found on this website was one of the few that I found that I wanted the scale to be continuous as well. Every 10 cm, some of the tapes had their measurement reset. Unlike some cassettes, this recording continues counting to 11, 12, 13 and so on and does not reset to 1 after every 10 marks I am pleased with the quality of this tape overall. Observation

Despite not being the best tape measure I've ever had, this one is well built. The only complaint I have is that the markings at the 300 cm mark are 10 cm longer than the 300 cm mark on most other tape measures. The margin for error is going to be there in all data, so it's understandable that there would be some, though it does seem large.
Wearing bib overalls when I work around the house is my normal uniform. I carry a 12' tape in my pocket since there is no belt. In spite of the fact that both tapes came from highly respected companies, the last two I had had some problems. It was replaced because the markings had worn off the first few inches so that it was impossible to measure the distance accurately. As of now, this tape appears to have a better finish than the previously mentioned tapes, and I suspect it will last longer. When I moved apartments, I lost my earlier tape. I bought this one to replace it. Despite being made of solid plastic, it is not easy to break. Following the measurement, you can release the tape to retract it into the body. black slider in the product image keeps the tape in place without retracting so if you want to keep the tape in place, you don't have to keep pushing it back in. I would say it's the best measuring tape available on Amazon for the price. This is a good product to buy.
