My checker has print-outs of the numbers on it. In addition to the standard screw checker, there are also printed numbers. It has seen a lot of use and abuse over the years, but it still looks great. I appreciate you reminding me that I could do a little more to care for it.

The screw would have to be pushed in farther before it would be damaged for the steal unit.
Great for all my hobby work - I'll definitely use this one more often That is something that I should have added years ago to my toolbox! Identifying an M2 or an M2 screw is difficult when you are trying to check if it is a M2 or not. Whether you have a M5 or an M3, this is essential. The small metric screws I deal with are harder for me to distinguish from the smaller imperial ones. It eliminates the guesswork of ordering a screw that matches a part you are working on, which is especially useful when you have to match a screw to a part. There is a lot of attention to detail in this product. The finish and markings are excellent and it is made out of heavy gauge steel. One person has said that the ziplock bag is the case Actually it is, but it is a heavy/thick one that is exactly the same size. It is suitable for this purpose, according to me. Tool boxes are easier to organize since this product protects the tool's finish but doesn't take up much room. The reference card is also kept with the tool so it is more accessible and prevents it from getting lost (it isn't the end of the world if you lose it, but it does have some useful.
The site is well thought out and designed, with I imagine it will hold up for quite a long time (the threads shouldn't fall out). It would be a great little asset to have in I feel it as if my fingernails are hitting a blackboard. I can also keep my wife entertained since she hates that feeling even more than I do (cannot even stand to touch sandpaper), so we can chase each other around the garage.
The SAE (American) Coarse/Fine thread screw gauge will help you to stop the screw from slipping. Through the course of my career, I encountered a number of situations that were not SAE threads at all but Metric threads only. The procrastination became really annoying to me when I didn't complete it in time. The repair kit is an essential if you are the type who repairs a lot of your own stuff! It's only a plate so please use it carefully. Compared to imperial screws and bolts, there seems to be a small difference in thread pitch.
The bolt you bought yesterday is one of those things you don't realize you need until you need it. Most threads larger than 26 diameter and 30 threads can be identified by diameter and thread, but these are the most common. You may come across something in the future that you have never used and can't even tell if it's metric or standard, in which case having these tools in both types comes in handy to avoid clogging up holes and possible complications.
Korea and Japan clocks are among the clocks I repair and recondition. It's not always standard or metric to use these screw pitch and size sizes on clock movements. The majority of the time, it's just a guessing game as to what size screws and nuts they This screw checker is easy to read and uses the same technique as a normal screw checker. They eliminate the guesswork due to their accuracy. My recommendation would be to use the metric and standard.
We are satisfied with the quality. There is one thing about the drill sizes that is confusing. What gives you the right to assign imperial drill sizes to a metric screw analyzer? It makes sense to have the entire checker.
The small metric screw (bolt) gauge comes in quite handy for identifying small screws of 2 mm through 7 mm in diameter. Made of steel about 1/16" thick, this tool can be used by hand or by machine. A drill through hole, a coarse threaded hole and a fine threaded hole are provided for each size. Below and to the right of each hole is the appropriate drill size. Throughout a threaded hole, the thread pitch is displayed to the left. There is also a listing of the inch diameter for all sizes. Moreover, the tool has a scale measuring 70 mm as well as an enclosed loop where you can check the There is no marking off of the scale except at 10 mm intervals Thus, you need to guess what will happen from here to there. It is clear and complete to see the silk screening on the tool. The tool is great and I recommend it. The program has helped me identify computer screws with a lot less time spent on searching for them.
