These rulers were also ordered so that I could make pleats in my face masks. I used the 6 inch ruler, which is less than an inch wide, to make the surgical type mask, and it worked perfectly. I've made over 100br>and I've found that using the ruler makes the process go faster.

For my purposes, this set of 12 inch, 8 inch, and 6 inch rules worked perfectly. Please be aware that the edges are slightly sharp and that they have not been cut precisely. I'm guessing they were hacked - The scale's true end is. 015" away. Suitable for the majority of applications. It's also worth noting that the ends aren't always cut at 90 degrees. It appears that they are - 2 degrees Celsius. Because they are so inexpensive, I gave them a fourth star.
Good rulers with an English side and a metric side. Lines should be drawn on a flat surface. So far, the painted tick marks appear to be sticking well and not rubbing off. br>On the English side, there are tenths of an inch on top and 1/4, 1/8, 1/16 on the bottom all the way across, with 1/32's and 1/20's down to inch three. br>On the metric side, there are CM and MM all the way across with a value of 0. Tics with a diameter of 5 mm and a length of 10 cm are available.
FYI: The rulers' edges aren't rounded and are flat. As a result, they have a bit of a piercing quality to.
The fact that the set was inexpensive and included three sizes that were useful was appealing to me. The rules have a little more wiggle room than I'd like, but that could be a plus for some. The most serious flaw I've noticed is that the ends of the measurement, which are presumably the beginning, are not square. Although these are adequate for most applications, square ends would have made them far more useful. At this price point, I suppose it's to be expected.
Great Samurai swords are also available. However, while the rulers are of excellent quality and come at a reasonable price, they are not without flaws. They were for my son's schoolwork, and these rulers had extremely sharp edges when they came out of the bag. I took out my Dremel Rotary Tool and rounded the edges of mine, which were almost razor sharp and could slice paper with little effort. On the other hand, they are battle ready if you ever have to lead a battle for Winterfell or against the White Walkers.
This is far more convenient than using a ruler with both sets of measurements on the same side but on opposite edges. What a fantastic concept! These are now my go-to items. for the purpose of determining I just wish the metal had a little more heft to it; When I'm cutting, my craft knife will occasionally scratch the edges.
It worked well for what I needed it to do, which was to draw a straight line, and it was also compact enough to fit in my travel notebook. The longer one, with its curved edges, hangs on a cork board in my office. Simply run a file through them a few times in one direction. Easy fix.
It was intriguing that they were described as smooth in the description. But why did I have to deburr all three on the same day? Apart from that, they carry out their duties.
It's difficult to read the numbers because of the glare. That was something I hadn't expected. And they aren't particularly pleasant to hold. At times, the skin will be cold and scraped.
