Besides how easy the product was to install, there is not a whole lot to say about it. To date, the new system has worked great and the water tastes much better than what we used to have. The water in our house is from a well, so anything is better than what we had before -)

We're very pleased with the spigot/faucet, and it fits with our regular faucet beautifully. It is only the way the spigot (where the water comes out) mounts into the base that I do not like about the product. is a little loose, but it still works fine. The way it is, I guess it will make it easier to take it off and clean it. Our old soap dispenser, which we had never used, was taken out and discarded, and the hole it had was used.

It seemed like a much better and much more convenient alternative than getting filtered water from the sink. My kitchen sink had a capped hole for a sprayer, or perhaps that would work as a sprayer. I had no problems installing the software. It's true that I've done some light plumbing work in the past, but I am no plumber by any means. Since I was replacing the kitchen faucet at the same time, I decided to purchase this faucet at the same time and install both of them at once. While taking my time and having a minor issue with a stripped plastic retaining nut on the first faucet fixture, it only took me a few hours to read the instructions (for both fixtures), get prepped, remove everything, install lines and new fixtures, and clean up afterwards. Install is not all that complex I just wanted to make sure things were done right the first time. I like being able to fill up a glass or water bottle right at the sink rather than having to get a pitcher from the fridge and hope it's full. We can only hope it lasts close to its average life span and we will be able to save alot of money and waste on A fresh filter was purchased to replace the old one when it needs to be replaced, which thankfully won't be for at least a few years. I taped the installation date on the filter and bought a replacement to have on hand whenever it needs to be replaced. In any case, as long as I do not have any issues (which can't be resolved by contacting the seller), there will not need to be an updated review, so you can assume that I am still very satisfied.
