I had an easy installation it worked as expected for less than 2 months, then on one occasion the entire side cracked down and flooded the kitchen and basement, destroying several cabinets and causing several hundred dollars in damage to the ductwork in the basement. This seemed to be a good solution to us since it was very easy to install, and many people had given it a good rating.
