I like the water filtration, the quick faucet flow, the water conservation, and the ease of installation. It has been four hours since I installed it and I tested my tap water, my brita pitcher, and then my RO water with a TDS meter (which measures total dissolved solids in a liquid) and aquarium PH liquid tests (best tool I had at the time). In addition, I am 21 years old and had never installed anything like this before, but for what it is, I think it was very easy. As shown below, I will provide my results from my tests. It is reliable, easy to install, and affordable. My drinking water is very picky. I am always trying to find the best one possible. In the past few years I have owned a home where I used, at the least, a Brita filter. All in all, it went well. Tap is much worse than this. It wasn't good enough for me. As a result of my research, I chose Home Master because of its reliability, ease of changing filters and other maintenance as well as its functionality. Several other reviewers have remarked on the great customer service provided by this company. Since I didn't need to use the support , I could not comment on how it was. Nevertheless, that played a part in my decision on which brand to buy. In choosing this specific model with the permeate pump, I was mainly concerned with the quantity of water it conserved. In addition to the higher production, there are several other benefits. It's not necessary for me to have the UV component because I am not concerned about microbes in my water. As I mentioned above, I did not want another piece of equipment to maintain / clean / whatever is necessary with the UV light if it wasn't necessary for my needs. It was important to me to add a bit of flavor from the Artesian water. My assumption was that there is some sort of health benefit to this as well, but I bought it for the taste.
