It took me just a few minutes to measure. Ideally, the tube should have an inside diameter of between 5/16" and 3/8". This will be too big, 3/8” will be too small. There will be a lot of resistance to 5/16".
There is no way to tell. You will find a description of all that is filtered out in the program

The quality of the product is excellent, and it works perfectly. rating for how easy it was to install, but in my experience, that was far from the truth. Since the company installing my deep sink didn't shorten any of the water lines, they were all up and behind the sink and there was no way for me to cut them using a Pex tool or collar so that I could bring the T fitting for the filter down where I could reach it. Because of the poor workmanship of the sink installer, it took me three and a half hours to install the filter, the water line T, and two lines to the filter. The installation would have taken between a half hour and an hour had everything been installed properly, as it should have been originally.
I installed in just 20 minutes, and I found the process to be very easy. All of the pieces of the unit fit together well, directions were clear, and it seemed to be of good quality. I have not had any leaks so far, and my water tastes better as well. In order to replace copper pipes and compression fittings with flexible braided steel hoses, I made only one change. The one omission in the instructions was stating that the faucet had to be installed in a 1 3/8" hole. As far as I know, a 1/2" hole is adequate for the faucet's inlet, and saves me the trouble of using a hole saw I likely won't need It's your call. It is only the lack of NSF certification, as well as the specific contaminate removal rates, that led me to give this filter 4 stars. Their cert does show a 372 certification, but it is for lead-only It is not for filtration, but for free components. I have a municipal water system and decent water quality, so I'm not too worried, but if the water is tested by an unreliable source, I might be concerned Having a "lab" named independent does not quite meet the mark. It can be concluded, too, that the list of "removable substances" does not mean much. A name that says "removable", for example, does not mean it is removed, and I was unable to find any hard facts. I wasn't concerned about the occasional overage since I only saw it as an occasional inconvenience Water doesn't taste chlorinated, so this isn't a significant concern, but it would be nice to know for sure. I am still willing to take a chance at that price. On the whole, I am happy with this filter and plan to purchase.
This setup has me super impressed. Our faucet mounted filter got annoying after a few years, and we had to keep replacing the filters far too often in order to keep the water Compared to the faucet I use under the table, it is 100 times better, with a strong flow and no filter to change every month, and it does not disrupt the main faucet-and it tastes A few hours were spent on installation, but it was straightforward. It would have been great if we had one of these years ago.
not a chemist, so I am unable to verify what is actually being removed from the body. My family recently moved back into the house we were living in during COVID, and I had no idea they had been drinking water from Charlotte, NC. We should not complain since this is America, and we're not in the same position as other countries The water needs a few fewer chemicals, but my, it seems like it could use a few more of them. The city water did not taste any different from an oolong, pu'er, green, or darjeeling tea, and I am a big fan of loose leaf tea. I thought I had COVID because my taste buds were so numb. It is sulfurous when it changes seasons in Vermont well water, but if the temperature stays over freezing it tastes fine. This filter restored the taste of my tea
Long story short, I was very pleased with it. My father's dog also likes it better. There are a few things that I think installers might find helpful In order to drill a hole into your sink, you do not need to go deeper than 1 3/8". The 3/4-inch range A "1" would be fine, and I think it would be As a result, the lip of the faucet you are installing is only slightly larger than the recommended 1 3/8", which means if your faucet is constantly moving and getting used, the hole might be exposed which will over time cause a leak. Furthermore, the white tubing that comes with the filter simply connects into the holes of the filter, you do not need any fasteners, all you need to do is force it as far into the filter as possible. It could have been made more clear in the instructions.
It has been many years since we used Polar Springs we use it about five times a year It costs me 6 dollars per month and I use it only to drink and make coffee. There was a cost of $9 for this. Her favorite drink is bottled water at $. 00 per gallon and is becoming more and more expensive. She refuses to drink anything else for the same reason. It was so bad that I even bought a water filter for my fridge, and she didn't So I finally got her to drink from this filter, and she really likes it to the extent that she said it's better than Polar springs. In that case, it's surely a good idea if she approves. I really like the taste of it and it does what it's supposed to do. It is a great option for your family, and it would last for two years on only 16,000 gallons. The cost is what I would pay for a 2 month supply.
I was amazed at how easy it was to install the product. This is due to the fact that the product comes with an "T" adapter, which made the process quick. There's no doubt about it, the faucet comes with it perfectly. There is a huge difference between the water and the air. The process of replacing filters is so simple. However, this is to last up to two I felt so much better about it than what we used to have on the First, you should flush out the water for 5 minutes so that it contains the minerals your body needs. Now the water should be perfect. In addition, the prices are reasonable. Your work is great, keep it up!.
A kitchen remodeling project led me to purchase this. Brushed stainless steel is the finish on this heavy-metal faucet. A pre-installed heel comes with each shoe The T has been terminated It is much easier to install if there is a connector. It's important to note that the hose is one piece, so you need to cut it to length after you install the water line and filter, and then use the excess hose to reach Putting in the water was a breeze and the taste is fantastic. It will be great if the filter lasts for a long time.
As usual, I'm going to do something a little different for this review. is not difficult to set up and use, it is not hard at all to get it going. Because I'm old, I had to do an old guy thing! I had to call my 19-year-old nephew to assist The year is To do the bending over and putting things together with my guidance was my goal. When all the tubes were in place with the spigot in place, the entire system worked flawlessly. I didn't need a single bit of The best thing you can do if your water has a strange taste is to get this filter. I set a reminder for one year from today. I will follow up at the end of that day. The flavor is five stars, the assembly is five stars, and the cost is five stars. You will be notified if anything goes wrong with the review. Although I am not expecting it, I will be sure to let you know.
