I installed the device under the sink in our camper. It was easy to install and straight-forward to use - With the exception of the push fittings, everything is forward. In the instructions, you are instructed to push them in until they "hit the bottom of the filter head". There is an element of uncertainty regarding whether you have pushed the push fittings in far enough because they are smooth and straight, and do not push all the way to their bases. All of my efforts went into getting them fully seated, but I finally decided that was as far as they would go. There is no mention of this detail in the instructions or instructional video, and I was assured that I was fine by customer chat support. This is not very comforting at all. According to marketing images for this filter, the inlets are pushed in about 1/4" further than mine will go. It is good to see that they are pushed in far enough, but I have no leaks, so everything appears to be fine. The operation appears to be running smoothly with no flow restrictions. There is no smell or taste of contaminants in the water. It is very simple to replace a filter. Once the summer comes and I've had a chance to test it out, I'll update this review.
