You can't get any better than that faucet! In the description, it is described as stainless steel but it is painted brushed nickel which perfectly matches by kitchen faucet. I also could not use my old RO faucet because it did not have a long enough threaded stem to get through the counter top. Probably less than 5 minutes are needed to complete the installation except to drill a mount hole. There was also a push-connector that could be attached to the RO tube and the faucet. I needed this, since under the sink there is a limited amount of space for working. To use the RO faucet, you simply pull the tube through the connector and connect it to the faucet's end. This is done! You won't leak a drop!.
During the purchase of this RO faucet, we replaced our old faucet (18 years old). The package was delivered within the designated two-day Prime delivery timeframe, and I immediately opened it. Upon replacing the kitchen faucet, we discovered that it was the filtered water faucet that was leaking. I think the quality of this one is even better than the other one. We were able to adapt the older system to this pipe with the included 3 pipe connectors. On the first try, there were no leaks.
While we redid our kitchen, we purchased a Pfister faucet in oiled bronze, and I looked all over for a matching drinking faucet. We got this and it looks great with our farmhouse sink. Our plumber friend installed it right away and it looks great. We have filtered water coming out of the faucet and the water tastes great. This is a highly recommended product!.
This was not installed by me. While the plumber was here working on other items, I had him perform the repairs. However, I am absolutely thrilled with the way it looks! The faucet matches perfectly with our other faucet, and it's not too tall like many others. The price is a great deal!.
