It was never received. I placed three orders. gave up. I purchased one from HD for a comparable price.

Is this tempered glass for safety?

I'm guessing it's very sturdy. Like my old shower door, this one is made of glass. The whole thing is lovely and well-made.

I'm Back to Enjoying My Showers! This was incredibly simple to set up! It took my husband and me about five hours from start to finish, but I think it would have taken less than half the time if we had all of our tools and drill bits and caulk ready (had to go to Home Depot because we didn't have any mold resistant clear silicone or good drill bits), and if I hadn't had to reread each step 5 or 6 times because ADHD is a female dog

The instructions called for a 7/32 drill bit, but HD didn't have those, so we I took out the magnet, slid a dollop of silicone into the groove, and slid it back in, and it worked. When it came to the drip rail, I followed the instructions to the best of my ability but still managed to cut the vinyl too short, resulting in a quarter-inch or so hole at the bottom through which water can get. br>br>After all of the rereading, measuring, and re-calculating, We were able to complete the installation on the first try without having to re-adjust the pivots or re-measure. any holes to be drilled The door fit perfectly, and I was so happy that I took the risk and purchased it for my 24" opening; No more scummy shower curtains blowing against and touching me as I try to get clean, and no more washing and de-scrubbing. Curtains that are said to be mildew resistant. br>br>I'm also glad the door is made in the United States.

This shower door is an excellent value for the money. I paid around $190 for the door and received free shipping within two days. The packaging was excellent. There was no damage to the vehicle, and all of the components were present. Most manufacturers struggle with clear directions, but since these are mostly installed by professionals, this isn't a deal breaker. The installation was simple, and aside from a few minor issues, the final product looks fantastic. The price is well worth it, and the construction and finish quality are both good.
