My sliding glass shower doors looked great after I installed it. They have a total of four. 5x3ft, so yes if "heavy" refers to a standard sliding glass shower door; otherwise, I'm not sure.

I discovered that one door had taken up all of the railing space, leaving no room for the second door to be installed. My shower railing was too long for the bushing. Different types of shower doors were used in these parts. Without knowing the bushing dimension, I chose your bearing, which appears to be of high quality. br>When I returned to the Amazon page, I discovered that there were two different sizes of bearing listed. I purchased a shorter part, which works perfectly on my railing. br>With my first pick, I wasted money. The wheels are nice, but the installation is a pain. The issue is that the mounting area is shaped like a sphere. When you put the screw in, it only goes in so far before the entire unit starts spinning, making it difficult to tighten the screw. Previous wheels I've bought have a hex-shaped mounting point on the shower door. You can use a wrench to hold the screw in place with the hex design, preventing the entire unit from turning. I eventually got them installed after a lot of fiddling, but I would never purchase this product again.
It really works. Because the screws in this set are longer than the ones on my shower doors, they extend past the wheel's edge. It doesn't seem to make a difference in my shower door setup, but it could be an issue if installed in a tighter space.
Installed these, and within two weeks, one of them became tight, then solidly locked up. We're on week four now, and one of the wheels is clicking when you move. I contacted the seller around week 3 and they said to order again and we'll refund you half the price; however, talking to the seller on Amazon is a pain, so I can't even tell them how ridiculous that is. I'm not going to buy anything else in the future. I would have given them another chance if they had sent out a new set, perhaps a fluke, but it was not worth the effort. But I have my doubts.
My squeaky/tight sliding shower door was fixed with these. I was able to reuse the old screws because they worked with my existing door hanging kit.
It gives the impression that the tub/shower doors are brand new. Before removing the old wheels, make sure to mark the location on the door bracket.
I require a width of 5 mm rather than 3 mm.
