Two separate boxes of the product were packaged together with tape. The external surface of the larger box was badly damaged. There was some issue with the size of the countersunk screw that held the fixed glass to the top of the unit. The tub door is great if that's what you're looking for. With the exception of the tile and tub drill bits and sealant, this kit contains everything you will If the manufacturer does not add drill bits to this kit in the future, it will be problematic A price point this low is particularly attractive. Porcelain was at the top of my tub and steel was underneath, so the first drill bit that I used to remove it was ineffective. I messed up. In the end, I found I needed a bit stronger drill bit than I expected so I used a 5/16 diamong cutting hole bit that I bought from the tile section at Lowe's. There was no need to drill a pilot hole when using that bit. It worked great. As a whole, I was very pleased with the way this door keeps water out. Taking a bath is a favorite activity of my three kids. Despite everything they threw at it, it was still able to stand up to The above statement can be taken literally as well as metaphorically.
