I just updated So I'm updating my review to reflect the excellent customer service provided by Anna. While I still returned the product since it was not for me, Anna answered my questions promptly and reached out to me after I sent it back. As you can see in the picture, the filter on the left is part of the shower head. It is both a sediment filter and a silicone filter. The filter for both of these came clogged, so I was unable to find a suitable replacement.

If there is only one person in the shower, the process will take longer. The battery lasts longer with four people, but using it for four people cuts down the duration.

It was terrible to have a bad haircut. It was so dry on my skin. The hard water issue has been brought up to me before. As of yet, we hadn't installed a water softener on the main water supply. I feel so much better in the water after a fine spray. One will go in the guest bath while the other will go in the master The replacement filters were also ordered at the time and I'm glad they were since they were easy to replace.

However, I have so far not had any issues. I love how easy it was to install. There was no need for To prevent my hair from getting ruined by a hard water source, I used bottled water instead. The purpose of buying this product was to prevent my skin from drying out. It's still up for debate if there's a substantive difference between the two. My rating is good since I haven't had any adverse effects and I found the installation process to be simple.

Currently, it is too early to tell if it may help my hard water, but I think that it will probably do so. This is the first time I've owned a shower head, and I love it!.

They were bought as replacements for a showerhead used while living in a non-affordable housing project Rent at a great price. During the summer, I was getting dry and tender to the touch due to rust in our water. So we suspected that there was rust in our water. It was better (I still had scalp issues, but they were much better than before) and after a month, all the little white filter balls were brown and rusted. If you have nasty water like we did, I suggest changing filters at least once a month. The items have been discontinued since we moved, but I would not hesitate to purchase them again if they were.

I really think it I ordered the filters for the first time and I was blown away by how many minerals were trapped in Adding the new filter is not difficult. Simply remove the old one and add the new one. The price for two filters is certainly good. We changed the filter and now the water feels so clean, even the pressure in the shower is better. Delivery in a reasonable amount of time.
