Water flow is reduced when the It is important to replace the filter cartridge as soon as possible. I had to use a spare Rainshower head when I did not do that. For the first rain shower head to be removed, the filter cartridge needed to be dried out for a couple of months.

It is rare that I post reviews, but I felt compelled to do so in this case. The Rainshow'r filter I have been using for quite a while just expired, so I just bought another one. In order to verify the quality of the water I was drinking, I performed a number of tests. As a result, I had fair results after buying 3 brands of testers. Several kinds of water were tested, including bottled water, tap water, and drinking water(I have Berkey Water Systems that dechlorinate! It is my intention to reduce chlorine to less than 0 parts per million, which I hoped this filter would accomplish. There was a problem in the belief that I had in Apparently, they describe their product as a "dechlorinating shower filter". Here are some pics Before the filter (tap water), the tester on the right is a “pre-test,” and after the filter has been installed and water has run through it for 30 minutes, the tester on the left is a “post-test. ” I just wanted to let you know that it says the filter should begin working in 30 days A minute and a half.
As if there were an agenda in place to stop us from taking action to protect our health, so many companies making effective products that are good for us and help us be healthier are being taken over and shut down or have their products changed and become less effective. It's a shame. If, as I suspect, Rainshowr products still remain the most effective and best filters I have ever found, then this is the best choice I have ever made.
The cartridge has been updated two times along with the housing because the manufacturer (apparently) keeps updating the housing to deal with the new cartridge. I've only been in my current housing for two years and I have never had a problem. As of yet, there are no replacement cartridges There is no Amazon on the horizon.
This is the original "Rainshow'r CQ-" The 1000-word range Despite using the massaging shower head product we bought for over two years before replacing the filter, the MS Shower Filter lasted a long time before needing to be replaced. After only an hour of use, the new filter began to lose pressure. Almost as if it is dripping. I checked for stoppages, but none were found. We have very high water pressure, but have removed the filter from the shower, so the water pressure is still very high. The return window is closed for two days, so I'm out of luck. The quality of the product is inconsistent, so we would not recommend it.
This is probably a good thing. Having a shower is both good and bad as the water contains amounts of chlorine that cause your skin to dry like shoe leather, and it smells like a pool with a lot of chlorine in it. In the past couple of years, I have purchased a rainshwr filter and it has been great, removing all odors and skin cells Chlorine is a very damaging chemical, and this last filter is a must-have, as it keeps the chlorine in check. An individual filter should last up to six months The device is only good for 8 months down here, and is a must-have. A couple of pieces of Teflon tape are needed to seal off the leaks, as pointed out in one review.
Despite years of use, two of the last two I ordered were defective, and did not allow a reasonable amount of water to pass There appears to have been some changes in manufacturing. The filter I was using now is no longer available and I have switched to a different filter type.
Several similar purchases have been made in the past, and this is a replacement for one of them. In the past few years, my skin and hair started to get dry, chapped, etc. I decided to do some research and found out that chlorine in water can cause that problem. The Rainshowr water filtration system has been a lifesaver for me. I bought the filter head, installed it, and noticed no more dry skin or chapped hair after a few weeks. Ever since then, I have purchased replacements on a regular basis. When you replace the filter, you get a sticker. With the date of installation as well as the date of replacement, I put it on the inside of my bathroom cabinet. By doing so, it remains fresh and functions properly. In this review, I don't talk about the Rainshowr attachment itself, but I will mention that it is easy to set up. As for the filter replacement, it is also a simple process. In every way, this is a winning combination.
This little gem has been in my arsenal for a long time In most cases, you will have to replace it. In addition to the chlorine smell fading away, I have the pleasure of showering in cleaner water now that it is purer. Several concerns have been raised regarding the presence of water additives and other pollutants in certain areas of the country, but these are only minimally reduced at best. As well, I use balls that absorb chlorine, et al so that I do not have to worry about absorption in armpits, groins, or Getting in the water for exercise is a toxic hit enough, now our California coasts are being harmed by the nuclear accident in Japan three years ago! It is '> It is '> It is '> I believe that any precautions taken to minimize water toxicity are a good idea. Especially for elderly and children, this product was promptly and intact. I highly recommend it.
