A great product! I live in a high rise in downtown Dallas, TX and our plumbing is 100 years old and our water is hard and low in The installation process was very straightforward. All of the tools you'd need were included. installing the new shower head, I took a shower with it while it was still filtering. It was great to have such high water pressure. I loved the quality of water being produced with the filter. I almost did not think I could rinse it off because my skin and hair felt so soft afterward. It is a definite buy again for me, and I highly recommend it.

There is nothing wrong with the shower head, but the filter housing is made of It was difficult to screw the threads in, and even though I used the Teflon tape, it leaked right away. The first shower head I have used with this much power is the one I have used up until now. When I install any of the shower heads that I have, we need to have the water flow set at the highest possible level.
