I have been bruised on a couple of occasions when simply trying to adhere the clip back into place, causing the shower head to come crashing down on me. Therefore, I consider having a quality clip to be so important. As for the clip piece on this model, it is thick, reinforced two-layer plastic that feels very sturdy and seems like it will last for years. If you are looking for a shower head that is not too expensive but won't crash down on you, I highly recommend you consider this model. It was not what I expected to be a WOW shower head due to its amazing price, but boy oh boy was I wrong. No complicated instructions made the shower head installation quick and easy. It took me about four minutes to install it. There are 7 different settings and you can still change them even if your hands are soapy. The pressure is amazing on this device. My biggest concern was the pressure I was getting so I was really surprised how perfect it was, especially considering the price tag of under $30. It really gives off a spa-like There are also a few other PROS, like it is easy to maneuver, the length of the hose is good, easy to remove and put back on, ergonomic handle for comfort, and the chrome finish really makes it stand out. It is amazing how many guests I have had over the past few months, including my mother and father-in-law, came out of the shower and said wow what a great shower you gave! Sometimes I let my little brother in law use the shower at my house just to use it! The joke is on me (no kidding)! Many people complained that they had problems with the hose on these units, so I decided to reveal the truth to you. Hose is packaged inside one half of the plastic package in an oval shape, shower head is encased in another container separate from the hose. You cannot reasonably discern the problem until you open the package (again, think of those ridiculous plastic packaging you dislike) that requires a utility knife to open and then require you to "still peel away" is that there is crimping on the hose! As a result of the hose being damaged and "kinked" or smashed when it's brand new and out of the box, the shower head itself will not rest correctly on the handle cradle. In most cases, when you receive new products from a brand name like DELTA that are damaged, you should realize that the globalists in their zeal to squeeze a profit from China have shipped you BROKEN WORTHLESS JUNK! In order to share the pictures, I thought others may be interested in seeing them. Some products from China are meant to be cheap, and you get what you pay for, but this is a cruel scam that will guarantee you have to replace that shower head AGAIN since what you pulled out was outdated, what you just bought is junk, and you need something that will perform well. As bad as and the reviews indicate, this is an illegal import from Chicoms, using the Delta brand to steal and sell their products. The shower head was straight out of the box when I took these photos I wish I had saved the old discarded item since what was sent to me is trash. There is junk in there as well.
