A 0 out of 5 rating! I would advise you not to It used to be a good product for years and, for a while, it lasted a long time. Now, however, the quality has declined drastically and the straps often break and the products now arrive worthless. I ordered a replacement, which was shipped immediately. However, when I opened the package, I found that it, too, came with breakable I think that's it for today! This company will not be an option for me in the future. In the meantime, I'll have to figure out how to fix the straps on the old broken belts since I can't seem to find any other manufacturers making and selling belts that last a long time and don't arrive broken.
My father is a senior citizen and I bought this for him As he had a disability that prevented him from sitting on the toilet, he had to sit on this first. Despite its good concept and flexible material, this product is not appropriate for someone with so many physical limitations. An attachment is attached to a toilet seat. The elongated one was used only once (he refused to use it more than that). The seat cushion has a ridge on it that helps it stay positioned on the seat, and there are two straps with snaps to keep it in place. All items that go over the top of the toilet seat should go here. A designer could make it useful both above and between the seat and bowl by extending the bottom of the piece by an inch.
This device is crucial for my severely handicapped son who needs it to go to the bathroom. While the straps aren't very comfortable, it is great that this model is so readily available! Snaps are consistently breaking off in the straps or just pulling completely out. It would be nice if this design feature was attended to a little more carefully in order to fulfill the daily requirements of this device!!!!! The fact that this device is short on this feature is rather disappointing considering its price. A poor design of the straps should cause your company to be willing to replace them.
The quality of this product is excellent, and the price is very reasonable. They charge only half of what medical supply companies do.

It is too easy for the straps to break. There is no way this is worth the price. It is too easy for the straps to break. In order to get new straps, you may not contact the company. Having to buy the whole thing again is not an option. It is not possible to contact customer service.
3/4 of the bottoms of this item were broken when it arrived. It couldn't be used at all, therefore I couldn't use it.
It is difficult to undo the snaps because they are tight enough to rip the soft plastic strap out while trying to undo them.
