This toilet safety rail is super easy to build, very sturdy and has great height adjustment abilities. From the floor to the top rail, I lowered the platform to just 24 inches, not just because my knees, but also my shoulders are weak. If it were too high I would have trouble with my shoulders. However, this rail is perfect for me. There is more height to gain from it for a taller person. This chair has a width of 21 inches between the top rails, making it suitable for most sizes of individuals. Fast shipping and quick delivery from both the seller and Amazon are awesome! I got my order one day before it was supposed to arrive!.

It is nice that the height can be adjusted and the overall look is good. The toilet seat is not too wide and fits around the bowl well. In order for it to remain stable, it has to be secured in some way, so, for example, secured to the floor or having some weight on it while in use. It would be nice if the basket was a little wider so that the basket could hold Purchasing this product was a good decision for me.

There was a lapse in quality control Adjustable brackets have holes to easily screw in a - It is not possible to drill the height handles correctly

There were 2 of these I ordered and in both cases there were slightly offset holes. When seating the clips, you need to insert one side of a handle and then grasp the other side of the handle to align the holes so that the second pin can go in smoothly. They are extremely difficult to remove without a screwdriver or other prying tool once they are in.
