There is no mounting on the floor for this stand. Those who are vertical and who have 19" long brackets/legs on the floor will find that the stand is very stable due to its position. The stand tilts forward without any problem for my 95-year-old mother, who weighs 180 lbs and accounts for a lot of her weight.
