Specifically, I purchased this to install in an 8mm slot on a 40x40 extrusion. Since it's described as being 8mm wide, it should fit Nine of them are in fact present. From 82 to There are 83mm between them and the slot, so they cannot be dropped in. Despite the fact that I never got to use them as a result of the above reason, they appear to be of good quality.

That is a totally wrong dimension That's just not acceptable

It has been reported that the 4040 nut has an incorrect width in several reviews. See my photo for an example of what I mean. Since the dimension chart is so clear, there is no question regarding whether the items should be of this size. This company is refusing to listen to me, so I've put my project on hold. I find it inexcusable that I now have to return them.

There is an error in every dimension! There is a mistake in every dimension except the M8 hole call out! The 8 mm T slot is too small for this device! In the extrusion I am using, there are 8 slots

The T-s, I don't think there is much to say So the design is not problematic, they grab and tighten similarly to what you would expect. Clearly, the pieces are straight and properly deburred (or maybe they are just nicely finished right after the forming? There's not much else to say.

I find the T nuts are good for the 20x20 channel I have. They have a good finish. A clean tap has been applied to the screw holes, and the screws thread in easily, but firmly.
