There are only 100 in the pack. The product is excellent. Only 100 were available, rather than the advertised 120. I tried contacting customer service several times but received no response. After two years, I came to the realization that I put a lot of effort into being defrauded of less than $2 for three weeks. I'm still not happy about it, but it's not worth it to be angry about it. I just wanted to make sure people were aware of what they might be getting.
Neither exist nor are they very uncommon. As a machinist with a lot of experience, I can confidently say that 5- 32 is either a non-standard size or one that is a standard size. In the SAE system, it is either non-existent or extremely rare. "5/32-" has 55 pieces. As a result, the 32" in this collection are unusable. They are almost effective for six months. 32 (a common size that is completely absent from this collection), but with a very loose thread fit. They could easily be mistaken for a seven-year-old. If a size like this existed (which it doesn't), it would be 32. I attempted to communicate this basic knowledge of SAE metrology to the vendor, who seemed unconcerned about their blunder. I'd give it a one-star rating because there were six stars missing. 32 inserts and a 0 out of 5 star rating for customer service.
I just got my package from USPS, and the bubble wrap envelope appears to be in good condition. However, the box inside is smashed, and many of the inserts are strewn about in the bag's bottom. I would have preferred to use the box for sorting and storing the items, but that is not an option right now. Instead of using them as intended, I now have to spend time sorting them out.
I didn't know what to expect when I ordered these, but they turned out to be excellent. made. The only caution I have is that the hole should be 7 mm in diameter. A J letter drill at 7 is the most similar drill. 04 millimeters (0. 277 inches in length. I had a set of letter drills on hand, but if you don't, you might want to order a 7 mm drill bit with these.
The gripsert tool should not be completely inserted into the nut. Only screw it in far enough to allow the tool to close completely. Then, rather than removing the gripsert tool, tighten it until it can no longer close. Rep this process until the fastener is snug and won't turn, then remove it from the tool. You will have completed your task. These aren't the same as pop-culture references. The core is snapped off by rivets.
There's no information on what size holes they need to install properly. Answers can be found by searching the internet. The only reason this was discovered was because the sizes on the storage container became mixed up, so I sorted them back out. a few pcs / a small number of pcs).
I bought this for my boyfriend as a gift, and he absolutely loves it.
I bought about 150 of these rivet nuts and installed them because they are simple to use and appear to be of good quality. It would have been beneficial if they had included installation instructions for both specialized tools and regular wrenches.
