Plan: 3/8-inch OD bed tubes for casters are inserted into 1 1/8-inch OD bed tubes with 3/8-inch OD bed tubes for casters. There are a total of 16 stems/screws in this arrangement. Is this what I'm looking for? Thank you very much for your assistance. ?

If you bought a metric rivnut set, you'll also need 3/8-inch metric thread casters. The thread size 16 is a SAE thread size (not metric).

Is there a drill guide that we can use to make sure we're installing them in the right size hole?

Measure the rivet size with a caliper and select a drill size that corresponds to the size of the measured rivet.

What is the maximum material thickness that they can handle? I'll have to do it in 1/8" material. ?

I'm not sure what the maximum thickness is, but it should work fine with 1/8" material.

What thread type are the m10 and m12 rivnuts made of? A flush mount led that treads into m10x1 is what I'm looking for. 25?

M12 x 1 is their size. M10 x 1 for 75, 75, 75, 75, 75, 75, 75, 75 M8 x 5, M8 x 1. M6 x 1 and M25 I hope this information is useful.

Until I discovered these, I was using other brands that cost 3 to 4 times as much. I'm glad I did because there hasn't been a single one that hasn't succeeded, which makes my job easier and faster. I also like how it has teeth that bite down when compressed, preventing it from spinning while tightening or loosening bolts. I'm very pleased with these and have been adding more to my box due to the low price and high quality. The best part is that when they're empty, they make a fantastic organizer for almost anything. You're like a mash-up of two different things. lol. They are extremely strong and of excellent quality for the price.

The hardware is excellent, but the containers are among the best I've ever seen

I was very pleased with the quality of these metric rivenut and hex screw collections that I ordered. The real gem, however, is the storage box that comes with them; it is the best I've ever seen. The latches secure the box (unlike many others, which spring open at inconvenient times), but I can still open it with one hand (whoo hoo!). The lid pivots freely to full open position using non-binding hinges once unlatched, and lays flat on the work surface in open position. br>br>Most compartmentalized boxes I've seen have a (hinge) molded between the top and container as a single piece that usually springs back closed unless held open. The latches are difficult, if not impossible, to open and close with one hand, frequently spilling the contents while attempting to bend the lid back far enough to access the contents. Furthermore, they are frequently not tightly closed, causing them to spring open in the tool bag - a huge blunder and a waste of time These boxes from Homvale, on the other hand, have three latches in contrasting colors that make them easy to spot. The mechanism for opening them is positive and simple to use (even with gloves on). They stay out of the way once opened, allowing access to the lid with minimal obstruction. When closed, they secure the lid on three sides, allowing the box to be tossed into a tool bag without fear of the lid popping open or the box distorting enough to mix the contents of the compartments. Every time I touch them, I am reminded how much fun they are to use. Although a little more expensive than other sets with comparable hardware counts, I consider it to be well worth the money. Definitely five stars!.

One of the issues with small items in a garage environment is the possibility of a container opening unexpectedly, forcing you to go through the 52-card pick-up routine. This set comes with three snap over latches to secure the Nutserts. The container is small and fits easily in the drawer with the other Nutsert products. The actual inserts appear to be of very good to excellent quality. This is an item that I would definitely buy again.

I'm annoyed that they don't provide me with adequate information about where they're manufactured. They're made in Canada, according to an Amazon employee. They arrived and revealed themselves to be Chinese.

The packaging is frequently the most disappointing aspect of these multi-pack items. They arrive damaged or fall apart after only a few uses, leaving you with a useless jumble of parts. While the Rivnuts are fantastic, the container in which they are packaged ensures that they remain separate and usable for a long time.
