The thread size is 5/32, not 6/32, but 3/16.

I've only used the 5/16 inch so far. 3/8. After quenching, the back side of a 5/16 nut has about a half inch.
My rivet gun only has pin hole openings, so I'm not sure which rivet gun will work with these rivet nuts. ?

It was made of 1/16-inch thick material. 1/8 inch thick

Reduce the length of the stroke on smaller rivnuts to avoid stripping them

Simple to use, simply reduce the stroke length on the smaller rivnuts to avoid stripping them out. I didn't think this tool was necessary, but I use it all the time in my vehicle!.
