I went out and bought a 1/4- 100 in a 20-pack. The required drill hole size is not specified on the package, but according to the Amazon description, it should be 8 inches. 8mm. That information is irrelevant because drill bits of that size do not exist. I used a drill bit with a size of 23/64. If you're not sure what to do with the 5/32-, here are some ideas. Nobody makes a mandrel that size, and there are 70 of them, so 32 inserts makes no sense. That means you only get 250 rivet nuts for the price of 350. So either make a mandrel for them or remove them from the kits.
