Thickness of the plate is about 3/16" and thickness of the entire middle part is about 3/4".

The computer has been in my garage for the last several years, and I have to wheel it out of the way to work on it. Whichever hinges you choose, they will last a long time. As well as being relatively large and able to hold a lot of weight, they are relatively heavy. The guys at these companies are my go-tos when I need to hang heavy gates or doors!.

You wouldn't see many hinges on solar arrays, but this hinge is an integral part of it.
This gate was used to open a walk-through. Not one of my projects was welded instead, I drilled holes and attached bolts. It has been several weeks since they sagged. They are now working correctly without sagging. It's a good idea to oil hinge pins. The bare metal seems to have a chance of rusting since it is not coated.
I had no problem receiving another at no cost to me from the seller. These guys are great at customer service, and should be commended for it. The weldable Hinges are great, and I expect the job to be done without any problems. Sturdy and long-lasting, they will hold up for years to come. Thanks for your kind words.
