Items F93 CEN 622 LAT CEN should be listed in that item number

Do you include the inside and outside of the door in the package?

You get a tall handle with a thumb latch on the outside and a standard handle on the inside. If you have a two hole system, it fits the standard drill pattern. There is a third hole you need to drill. Approximately 1/4 of an inch in diameter. The handle at the bottom has a small hole at its base. In addition, there is a matching cap to cover the bottom attachment. *br>This item is of high quality. For the back door, I bought a matching one.

Are there any integrations with August Smart?

The month of August actually does work It is wonderful for my parents to be able to access our house via the app, and it is also wonderful for my husband to see what they do. I love how the lock set is so sturdy and sleek at the same time. It is certainly a set I would recommend.

Does it have a left or a right handed grip?

The answer is either yes or no. This is what I installed on my new front door with the holes drilled on the right side (looking from the outside in). The inside lever handle can be inserted either way making it

With a modern look, this handle set is of great quality
5/5

The handle set is of excellent quality and does not require any tools for installation. As part of the deal to purchase my house, an original 1972 door was included. It was also original to the door, which meant that the bore hole for the knob was only 3/4 of an inch wide. I needed to find a solution to bridge the gap between the deadbolt and the door knob that were approximately 15" apart. Don't worry, I found a handle set that not only worked well, but also fit What the handle is for & how it works The lock is Make sure not to scratch the metal with the screwdriver when installing the deadbolt.
Please turn the lock slightly when installing the deadbolt. Use a level to make sure the exterior and interior plates of the lock and handle are square and aligned before fully tightening them. It is a simple step, but when done, it can make a significant difference. The following directions are for those who only need to drill the bottom When installing the top handle, do not overthink the distance between the top handle boss and the bottom handle boss since the post for the bottom adjusts to 1 1/2". Adjustments to the post's length are properly accounted for as it slides up and down. If you need to drill out your lock and/or handle bore holes Make sure the bottom bore hole is as close to the handle bore hole as possible so that the hole is symmetrical. The fact that I would need to drill into a solid oak door made me do extensive research online before taking on this undertaking. While I found many videos and tutorials online, using the Ryobi door install kit was by far the most useful. A tool like this is absolutely amazing, and ensures that holes will be perfectly aligned. The cost is roughly $21 and ensures that you won't be out $500+ if you end up destroying your door. There is no doubt in my mind that this handle set is excellent.

I like it for an F It came in an original schlage idn box and I had a lot of love for it as a professional locksmith
5/5

The color was great, but any lock that use an F style latch assembly will not last that long, especially in coastal areas where I replace broken ones every year younger than 5 years old.

There are more good things than bad things
4/5

Doors with rectangular frames aren't easy to find. This is what we were looking for when updating our mid-term report This is a mid-century transitional home that has been updated with a more modern look (without sacrificing the architecture's overall quality). Since I am a RealtorĀ®, I was always impressed by the quality of Baldwin products, so I started with their Soho model Should you be on the fence about Baldwin vs. Schlage, and your goal is to be a dedicated DIYer, then you should know that Baldwin locksets come completely unassembled. All the way down to the smallest piece of metal It did at least for mine. Although the Baldwin lockset felt more solid, I was unable to "tune" it to operate smoothly. This paper seemed clunky and stuck to my fingers. The Baldwin was returned after I got frustrated, so I bought this Schlage instead. It was a breeze to install and the mechanism is as smooth as silk, even though it doesn't feel as solid and doesn't have the shape we were looking for on the interior (the interior plates are ROUND). In general, it has an upgraded feel over the traditional Big-Mac A Box store off the shelf lock looks as sexy as this one, and I have not been able to find another one that compares.

An excellent piece of equipment
3/5

You may have to tweak it a bit, but don't give up too soon! As far as this unit is concerned, it is OK. In my position as an experienced contractor, I keep an eye out for quality, price, ease of use, etc. Below are some The pros are I will - This finish is good, it is rich looking and of good My expectation is that it won't tarnish or rust any time I will - As far as feel and general rigidity go, it feels solid and doesn't seem likely to break easily. It should last some time without having to be replaced. The cons are I will - The reason for not giving 5 stars to this product is the small margin of error in installation. You will need to tweak for hours until you get it just right that the opening mechanism works perfectly, and even then you will need to come back to it a few times to make sure you did everything right. We'll tweak that. Unless this is done, it may open but fail to spring back into place.

This is a great set when it comes to looks, but there are some functional issues as well
4/5

The old Schlage set that seemed to have been around for eons has been replaced with this set. Although it still worked, the finish had worn away so I decided it was time for an upgrade since it was part of a remodeling project. I liked the look of the set, but the construction does have some issues. As several people have noted, the thumb latch on the outer latch doesn't move smoothly. A loose knob is felt when closing the deadbolt from the inside. I didn't expect Schlage to do more with it, but it doesn't seem to affect functionality. We've also had trouble inserting the provided keys into the deadbolt. It's as if something was cut too sharp either on the keys or the deadbolt.

Looks like there's something wrong with the deadbolt. Taking a look at it from a modern standpoint, the set is very nice. A nice touch is the ability to adjust the installation of the outer handle. Furthermore, we no longer have to turn the knob to close the door. There is no effort needed to install the lock into the door prep, a pleasant surprise. Overall, this is a good deadbolt set, however the little issues noted above stop me from giving it a full five.

It has a great handle and is very I love this door handle, though it's a little pricey, but I feel that the money was well spent
5/5

Eleven months after installation it looks just as great as it did the first time I put it up. A door handle I bought looked horrible and I wasted money on it.

The construction appears to be of high quality
5/5

As a result of this It seems like the set is pretty well designed and manufactured. I found it to be very comfortable, and there was no cheap feel to it It has an "element of feeling. ". After installing the lock, I felt as if I had done an admirable job We sold sets like that years ago, before there was an "off-" A shored ship". Handling it feels like it is a very sturdy, heavy chunk of steel. A little slop was evident in the fitting of the parts. While turned, the handles don't lose their spin or "wallow," spinning in plane and evenly. It is refreshing to see a level of quality like that. This is a product I would buy.
