All screen/winter doors, I believe, should be standard. 2 inches between the frame and the door, 2 inches between the door and the frame, 2 inches between the door and the frame, 2 inches between the door and
I can't get my ruler in back there to check, but the holes are approximately 1 inch apart.
Yes, you can get it at your neighborhood hardware store. Measure the hole or bring a bracket part to the store with you. I don't think selling a portion of a product number is a good idea for Amazon.
It can be used with almost any storm door because of the multiple holes. I had no trouble installing it to replace bent hardware on my door.

We replaced a door closer about a year ago, and the bracket connecting the arm to the interior door broke after less than a year. It appeared to be a waste of money to replace everything for $20. When I only needed a bracket to hold a pin and couldn't find one online, I went to a hardware store and asked random questions like "hey, I just need to replace the little bracket that the door closer pin slots into, mine broke, do you sell replacement brackets?" It's why I'm skeptical that "virtual assistants" will cause significant disruption in human labor, but Covid makes a trip to the store for a $5 bracket seem like an unnecessary risk, so here we are. Look no further if you need to replace the bracket into which the door closer pin is inserted. This one installs in about 2 seconds and looks a lot better and lasts longer than the original. Cheers!.
My original Anderson hardware had taken a beating, so I began searching for replacements. I read a lot of reviews and was almost tempted to buy one of these that was slightly less expensive, but one of the reviews mentioned that the predrilled holes didn't line up and that they had to drill new ones. That wouldn't have been an issue for me because I'm quite handy, but I wanted something that was ready to use right away. br>br>After that, I come to this. The reviews were excellent, all of the holes lined up, and based on other people's pictures, it appeared to be fairly accurate in terms of dimensions. With one exception, the product is nearly identical to the original. The pin that holds the pneumatic swinger is thinner than the original (you can see in my photos that I tried to fit the old pin into the new bracket hole, but it was too wide). This isn't an issue because the new hardware includes a slimmer pin that fits perfectly. (If you really wanted to keep the original pin, you could drill a slightly larger hole, but I wanted the hands-off hardware. )br>br>The only criticism I have is that it doesn't come in white, but if you're picky about color, you can easily paint it white with rustoleum paint. If you're on the fence, go ahead and buy it (you won't be disappointed)!.
My storm door is made by Andersen. The bracket had snapped off. So, rather than spending $30 on an original part, I decided to try this one. The hardware's quality and thickness have exceeded my expectations. There are even stronger screws and pins included than OEM.
This was purchased to replace the parts of our storm door that had broken off. This is of excellent quality, and I am very happy with it. This item is extremely durable. If our door starts to stick again, I'm confident the door frame will break first, followed by these pieces. We were ecstatic to find these on Amazon for such a low price, as the local hardware stores only had the complete door closer kit.
The color of the one that arrived is metallic silver. The product is of high quality. Much thicker than the one from the box store before it. For the incorrect color, I gave it three stars. It is necessary to paint. Solid hinge is a plus.
This does not work with Anderson screen doors because the curve of the door hardware prevents the closer arm from properly attaching to the bracket. This was something I had to learn the hard way. It would have fit perfectly if the inside curve had been a little more cut in.
Because the screws can't slide when attached to the door to hold the shock in place, I prefer this bracket design over my original.
I purchased it to replace a single door hinge. Unfortunately, they only come in kits, which is unfortunate because I only needed one part, but it works perfectly and my door now closes properly!.
