Installing this product is extremely simple. So far, I have only used them for hand toweling, so I cannot comment on how durable they are. However, for five minutes I was able to get them ready and set up. A great deal for an upgrade that pays off!.

It does what it is supposed to. (Certainly for a towel, anyway) It appears to be sturdy enough. This is definitely black, it looks nice. My only complaint is that the instructions mention using glue, while the photos show screws being drilled into the wood. There was no glue included with the screws. It was pretty straightforward, except for when I thought I was missing glue for the first couple of minutes.
