I don't know the exact distance because I bought it and needed it to be 12" in total length, and the center tube is removable because it simply slides into the two ends, so I was able to cut it down to the length I needed. I believe the total length of the unit is 15", so you should be able to cut the tube to fit. A fine blade hacksaw was used, but a regular tube cutter will suffice.
A small set screw, I believe, allows for adjustment. This is on one of the bronze ones I have. The chrome, on the other hand, is a bit of a question mark.
In the back, there's a 2-foot-long bar. If it helps, I'm 5 inches from the wall! There is plenty of room for my towels to dry.
The hand towels stay on these, which I keep near my sinks.

After a few weeks of use, the finish began to peel. This is a terrible product, and I wish there were more color options. Delta's quality has let me down.
None of the champagne bronze that I bought from Delta matches! When I called Delta, they basically just said, "That's how it is. " With such a unique finish, I'm not happy at all! There's a lot more brass in this one. y rather than the advertised "true" champagne color Be careful who you buy from.
I decided to take a risk and order another ring. The second one was a perfect match for the rest of the CB accessories as well as the faucet. In terms of this color, my recommendation is. If you don't succeed the first time, keep trying. Then send back the items that don't belong together. In terms of setup: br>br> Tightening the set screw is the only thing that bothers me. The set screw is effectively crammed up against the wall once the towel bar, ring, or TP holder is on the bracket, making it a bit annoying to use the tiny Allen wrench in the tiny set screw. It's still a simple installation, but it's a pain in comparison to the slew of other accessories I've added over the years.
We purchased two of these for a renovation project and are pleased with the style, quality, and functionality. The critical set screw that secures it to the mounting bracket, on the other hand, is poorly packed and falls into the tube during shipping. Unless you have a lot of patience, it's nearly impossible to get it out. To be safe, order extra set screws if you order this product in any of its many styles.
" The color started to fade while it was being installed. It also has a low-cost feel to it. hollow tubes that spin that are flimsy, light, and flimsy. I'm not sure if this is a genuine Delta product or if there's a problem with quality control. This should be avoided at all costs. I had to have it professionally installed because I needed it mounted into tile. I contacted Amazon customer service and they agreed to give me a 10% discount since I can not return the item because it is now secure.
Our homebuilder's standard towel rings were replaced with this clean, modern, solid towel holder (towel 'ring'). Installation was simple, and the holder appears to be sturdy enough after tightening the bottom screw. The reasons for this not being a 5-star review are as follows: five-star rating: a) There are no reversible holders with these holders. They won't be symmetrical if you put one on each side of a bathroom vanity (chiral?). This will irritate those, like me, who are picky about which way the bend should face on either side of the vanity. ) b) Despite what one of the gallery images suggests, the towel holder does not swivel. I was worried that this would be a difficult situation to resolve. breaker, but there's enough room between the bar and the wall to stow a thick hand towel. Also, the towels are difficult to remove. If you're willing to put up with a pair of contemporary-looking shoes, If you're looking for hand towel holders that don't have these drawbacks, this model is for you.
This toilet paper holder has a great design and a small footprint. With three small children, the toilet paper almost always ends up on the floor. However, having all of my bathroom fixtures match in Delta's Trinsic line in champagne bronze is a small price to pay. I have a regular Cottenelle roll on it in the attached photos, but we have also used it with large Costco rolls and there is still enough length on the rail and space between the walls for a large size roll of TP. But, most importantly, with all new tile and updated fixtures, my small bathroom now looks absolutely stunning!.
This Delta product line is very inexpensive, but it quickly develops finnish pitting and discoloration. The photos were taken just over two years after the installation (in January 2019). Breakdown to the extreme. Other chrome-finished accessories that were installed at the same time appear to be brand new.
