The wood filler will stay in the crack if your floors are stable (my definition of stable is that they do not vibrate like a trampoline). If you want to fill in during the winter, when the gaps are at their largest, you should do so then.
If you need a stain, consider using an oil-based stain. As you are using the GoodFilla outside, you are advised to use it in combination with a water-based cleaner You can use Titebond 3 or Weldbond to make weatherproof glue.
In short, yes. If used between coats of finish, it is effective. In addition to mixing it with polyurethane, it can also be applied directly. So, after application, there will no longer be a need to seal the finished surface with a finish. In addition to making the dried filler more difficult to sand (either with water or with solvent-based filler will work), this process also makes it harder to wet sand.

I had to throw away two cans of solvent-based wood filler that I was unable to revive. I was wary of water based wood filler after I was unable to revive them using solvents. It has always been possible to revive them in the past because they tend to dry out in cans after many weeks of sitting. The frequency and speed with which I use it is not that high, but when I do use it, I want to be able to rely on Due to the fact that it arrived the next day, it must have been located in the local amazon warehouse. Immediately as soon as I ordered it, I put it to the test as I was looking for a product and awaiting its delivery. I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed with it in a multitude of 1 .
2. There is no need to remove the screw off lid to access the contents, and the lid seals tightly so that the contents do not dry It is not like the can version where you have to pry off the lid with a screwdriver and hammer to put it back on tightly each time. Please see (2). To the top of the lid, there is no empty space in the jar. It's a good thing you get half a can instead of the can version.
3. This causes the material to dry out quickly. Plastic jars are very easy to use because they can be used to scrape off excess wood filler and return it to the jar for reuse. They also reduce waste because wood filler does not get stuck in the can lid groove, which prevents the can from sealing successfully. 4 * . As smooth and creamy as wall plaster, it has a consistency, texture, and thickness similar to that of filler. The easy-to-apply compound spreads quickly and fills deep cracks and holes without putting a lot of pressure on it. With the can versions, sometimes it's impossible to get a thorough fill in cracks and holes without applying Five additional items. The wood filler dries just as quickly and is just as hard as wood fillers that use solvents. The sixth one. This filler also sands smoothly and evenly as solvent-based fillers do. The 7th point. There is no stain left on it after washing. *7. *8. The idea that all it needs to be revived when it is too dried out is fantastic. The thing is, I haven't tested this yet, but what I've seen so far makes me more confident it will perform well at that as well. It is no longer necessary to rehydrate wood filler solvents to use it, nor to constantly rehydrate it as it dries I highly recommend this product overall, since I am extremely happy with it and surprised by As a matter of fact, I've ordered jars of every color on Amazon so I have them on hand when I need them. I often use walnut, pine, red oak, and cherry as the woods I use most often. It has been a pleasure using it, and I plan to continue doing so.
As with all product images, they display the big picture. With a budget of $10, there are several great options that provide much more functionality for much less money. That's a shame that I didn't notice it's only 4 ounces. I'm pretty disappointed that it doesn't seem to be enough to finish my relatively What a shame, because it seems like a very high-quality product.
As I prepare my kitchen cabinets for a cream colored paint, I bought this to use on them. To keep as little of the wood grain visible as possible, I will want to use a clear varnish. Due to the wear and tear of the varnish over the years, the cabinets have become porous. Using this stuff, I've been able to fill in and smooth out the grains on more than one area of my body. The wood looks and feels amazing after using the wood conditioner! It really makes a difference in the look and feel of I don't want to get water stuck in the wood since I don't want to deal with the consequences of water absorbing into the exposed grain of the wood. The directions suggest using it with water. As long as you don't add water, the paint will tend to dry quickly, so you'll need to work in small sections The plastic putty knife was used to apply and smooth it over the surface of the wood. It turned out perfectly! It is easy to recommend this product as a.
A nice product. I have been building cabinets out of solid red oak in my spare time, but every time I start up I have to drive back to Lowes and buy more wood filler because the last can, which I only used once, is as We cannot believe how much better this product is. The spreadable texture is smooth and easy to apply. As for its longevity, I have not experienced any aging, but if it ages like it looks and uses right now, I'm sure this will be a In general, I am not the type of person who writes reviews, but WOW! Since I am saving time, this time I felt justified in spending the money. My recommendation for this wood filler is strong.
I can't stand how bad it smells.
There is no better wood filler on planet earth than this. I like the red oak filler because it was easy to apply, cleaned up excess, matched color perfectly, and dried hard. If you have golden oak floors, I would recommend the red oak filler.
I'm pleased with the results. The mixture came out well. There is no way to find out where I used.
For me, the color of this paint is more like a natural oak.
