How strong is this compared to wood, so I can drive screws into it?

My opinion is that isn't the case. It is a wood filler for cracks, not a wood replacement.

When using this product outside, should it be applied after primer?

My stained stair outside in the sun has held up very well since I applied the product.

Can anyone tell me how they used this a long time ago (e.g. Are there any users (who have been using this site for a while) who can update us on their experience? What happened to the product? Was it damaged, shrunk, or soggy? How are you?

As part of a "stalled" project, I used that one to fill some gaping holes in my work. As far as I can tell, neither it has shrunk nor cracked when used on the affected areas. Hopefully I can finish the project if I have the motivation and time to do so. I think that it is a good product.

Compared to the size you may have seen at your local hardware store (16 oz for about $10) and big box store (32 oz for about $15), this is a much smaller package. I think you should buy it locally if you don't need much and just want convenience. Otherwise, you should buy it online.

The materials are not stainable

Like any other filler for wood, it is made of this stuff as well. Stains cannot really be removed from it. There is no proof that it is. I was very dissatisfied with its performance with stains. Multiple times, I went over it and got basically what I started with, a white.

Over the years, I have used a wide range of Elmer products One of the worst purchases I have ever made. As a result, it does not spread well and will not adhere to wood. However, it sands very easily, which is why I gave it three.

You can easily use it to spread butter on new furniture after diluting it with water. Easily cleans up after use and can be used to fill holes and blemishes.
