The cap I received was also not mine.
This is not what I would do
It may not smell that bad, but if you used a lot of the product, I predict the smell is much stronger. When you are in the bathroom, keep the window open and leave the bathroom exhaust fan running if there is

It would have been better if I had listened to the other one Before I purchased this item, I thought I had used it in the past and found it to be The silicone I used before was a 30 minute water contact silicone. There is no such thing as that stuff in this case. The one star review is due to both the vinegar stench and the poorly constructed plunger. I assumed it was a 12 hour water contact 24 cure when I ordered it, which was fine as I knew it before I ordered it. There are a lot of 1 star reviews on the plunger on this site. My tube also got 1 star reviews. Can you tell me how bad the vinegar smell is? It's a stick This is you- I will head-off In a bag The salt-and-vinegar method It could be worse than bad chips. I cleaned it with vinegar and the whole place smells of it. Well, maybe not THAT bad, but the rooms near that bathroom are still pretty ripe a couple of When I go shopping again, I'll probably choose a non-VOC paint that will dry faster, be easier to clean up, and be low in VOC This caulking is manufactured by General Electric. Honestly, my biggest disappointment was how this product made me look like I had no idea what I was doing, and that was unforgivable given that I have been running silicone bead droplets for quite some time now, and I know what I am.
A waterproof, mildew-resistant, shrink-resistant roof that will not crack or split I have never used a crack proof caulk for a tub or shower. This is what I've been experiencing on my tub lip to wall/surround (the surround is on the outside of the tub lip) which must be caulked and must remain caulked otherwise water will seep through. In order to make sure it would cure properly, I even hung shower curtain after shower curtain for quite a while. In addition to the 100% silicone brands that did not stay on (Dap, Alex Plus), I also tried a non silicone Liquid Nails Heavy Duty Construction Adhesive in desperation. This one did, and it has been a year since then. My heavy-weight family members are constantly getting into and out of this tub, and the caulking is holding up perfectly! For me, the smell was not an issue, especially since it was functional. This purchase made me very happy and I would absolutely buy it again in the future. Thank you, General Electric! GE will be my caulking supplier for the rest of my life. Please include P. When you punch a hole on the tip of the stick, be sure to punch a hole on the inside of the seal as well so the caulking won't come out when you push it. I love this!.
Although I am not a professional, I have caulked at home on a few occasions. After reading all the instructions, I did as instructed Make a puncture in the tip, and the seal will come off. The next day when I started pushing, it felt a little difficult. Since I don't mind the work, I decided it wasn't a big deal. When I realized most of the product came from the back, I was shocked. I decided to push forward anyway since I didn't want to go to the store to buy another one. In the end, I had enough material where I needed it (I was just re-doing a few things) 1 shower can be caulked).
The other thing that happened, however, was that the product dried very quickly. If I were in the same situation again, I would clean one line before moving to the next (just in case you decide to buy this product despite.
The caulk gun went off when it could no longer push any further, the tube exploded after it was backed up a bit. The job that was supposed to be completed with one tube will now require two tubes. As well as feeling short changed, I feel like the amount they actually put in was low. If you switch brands again, I'll be happy to do so.
My computer did not work with this. Unfortunately, I was unable to dispense it. It took a while for the back to remove the caulk but the tip was left intact. In addition, the smell was unpleasant. I really hate it.
The caulk was used to caulk a walking shower where acrylic caulk hardened and mildewed two years after the installation. I wanted to ensure that my seal was good and that it would be resistant to mildew. There were a number of references to this caulk. My knowledge is that there is GE Silicone caulk that is more mildew resistant than this one. Would have been nice if I had used it because otherwise they seemed identical. The only thing we can do is wait and.
This is a very good and versatile product. As I mentioned, I have several pcs, all of which do a perfect job of my household chores. i have them in my bathroom, and i use them for other small gaps in my house also they don't have a strong smell, and they are great! good price! best!.
After following all the instructions I tried to apply it to my bathtub, but I had a major mess on the bottom. In addition to holding the bottom, I also held the top. I sprayed it all over my tub floor and clothes and it worked so well that I ended up spending quite some time cleaning and scrubbing off as it dried so.
