Do you think this would be useful for a kitchen backsplash where ceramic tile meets quartz countertops?

As I was trying to seal the space between a quartz countertop and tile backsplash, I had little success with this product. The same shade of alabaster is apparent in the tile grout, so I ordered it. My first application was like that for about a month, then I noticed cracks appearing. In addition to the new caulking, cracks have begun to appear again on other areas of the interior and need to be fixed. There may have been a mistake in the tube I got
