Questions & Answers

Is it possible to install it in a specific location and leave it running indefinitely, with the data being downloaded later?

Yes.

What is the difference between a radio frequency browser and a radio frequency spectrum?

Mode of the radio frequency browser: detects the total amount of RF radiation emitted by all sources with frequencies in the range of 0. The frequency range is from 0.1 to ten gigahertz (GHz). RF Spectrum Analyzer mode: br>br>RF Spectrum Analyzer: br>br>RF Spectrum Analyzer: br>br>RF Spectrum Analy detects RF radiation over a specific frequency range, such as 50 to 65 MHz. up to 2. 5GHz

Why is there such a large frequency gap between 1GHz and 2GHz in the spectrum analyzer's frequency range? 4ghz?

Aside from the RF detector up to 10GHz on EMF-X, the RF Spectrum Analyzer is an added bonus feature. 390 Because of the limited budget, the RF Spectrum Analyzer was limited to popular RF bands.

An EMF Safety Expert's Review First and foremost, let me state unequivocally that I will never recommend this meter. If you're curious, I'll explain why down below. To summarize, it accomplishes a great deal, but only a portion of it is well-executed. br>br>I now have a total of 5 meters. Three of them are professional meters that I use to conduct client assessments, and two are amateur/toy meters (the GQ-100 and the GQ-200). While I was pursuing my education, I had the opportunity to explore the world of budget meters and gain experience assessing my own home (390 being one of them). For the past two years, I've been researching the biological effects of electromagnetic fields on the body and providing in-home consultations. There are some professional courses available, as well as a significant amount of self-education. br>br>The positive. Kinda? The GQ-100 meter is a device that measures the amount of water in a container. The 390 EMF Meter has a lot of bells and whistles that for someone like me at this price range would be unheard of, so I decided to invest and try it out for myself, and let me say that the UI is the best I've ever seen on a meter. It never crashes that I've seen, it does what you expect it to do, and once you've used it for a while, it's generally easy to read and navigate. The build quality is adequate, but not exceptional for a meter with so many functions at such a low price. br>br>It does, in fact, detect EMFs with reasonable accuracy, particularly Electrical Fields and Magnetic Fields. I've had identical readings with a similar-priced meter (Alphalabs TF2), which is known to be good for electrical and magnetic fields but terrible for radio frequencies. When compared to third-party lab-certified, professional-grade meters like the safe and sound Pro ii RF meter, the Radio Frequency measurements on both of these devices are inaccurate and VERY inconsistent. br>br>As a result of my points being here, the GQ- The 390 EMF Meter isn't completely useless; it's just not very good at what it tries to do, which is why, as a professional, I would never advise anyone to use it for anything other than fun. I'd never trust these readings, or at the very least, take them with a grain of salt, knowing that you're only getting a small part of the whole picture they claim to be revealing. The bad news is as follows: br>br> I was hoping for a fantastic meter. I wanted it to be as good as it could have been. The main issue was one of three major concerns I have as an EMF Safety Professional. 1. br>br> The precision - This GQ-certified meter can be used when using third-party tested and certified meters. 390 simply does not add up. The readings are inconsistent, exaggerated, or under exaggerated in some cases. When I was 3 feet away from a shielded router, I couldn't get a reading. I tried it out on a few different routers. 2. br>br>1. br>br>br>br>br>br The scope of the project When comparing 6GHZ to other frequencies, With the Radio Frequency setting at 10GHZ, I couldn't get any results. This is concerning, because the irradiance from those routers will be invisible, giving people a false sense of security, especially with the rollout of Wifi 6 or 6 GHZ radio wave bands. br>br>This is also related to the fact that this meter can detect micro pulses per second (something that most cheap meters can't). Smart meters and Bluetooth, for example, are common sources of very narrow micro pulses of RF that are undetectable by most low-end meters. This will once again give people a false sense of security, as they will believe they have low readings directly next to their bluetooth devices, smart meters, or other gadgets, when they are actually being irradiated with potentially dangerous levels of RF. 3. br>br>4. br>br>5. br>br>6. GQ's electronic marketing half-truth - It's always a lie when you tell half-truths. If you don't fully disclose what a meter can do, putting people's health at risk, you're not someone I want to financially support. You are not someone to whom I will ever refer a client. This meter is nothing more than a high-priced, overly-promising toy that falls short of the company's promises. In terms of business, I prefer truth to profit. Inform people about the capabilities and limitations of this meter. Instead of withholding what they're really investing in, give them confidence in their purchase. br>br>Summary number two - To summarize, if you've read this far, you should not purchase this meter. Don't put your faith in the readings it provides. This meter is not something I would recommend to my clients or anyone trying to seriously read the EMFs in their environment until they get every meter third-party tested and shipped with the meter's certification of being able to do what it claims to be able to do.

It's possible that your readings will surprise you! Out of the box, it was ready to use
5/5

This was purchased to take readings for an outside power line that was approximately 200 feet away from the house. Even from the yard, measurements were nearly zero EMF (with "normal" readings), but I was surprised to find the thing beeping off the charts (with "high" readings) at two items on nightstands. One was a wireless charging alarm clock, and the other was a magnifying lamp with an LED light. I quickly removed them. You can tell people all you want about RF/EMF radiation, but it's a lot more convincing when they see this thing with real numbers and beeping! It's very simple to use - I didn't bother to read the directions - I like that it beeps when it's "high" and that it goes up to 10 gigahertz, which most other models in this price range don't. It's great to have a rechargeable battery, and there's even a low-battery indicator.

Only up to two measurements are possible
3/5

It's a 5GHz processor, not a 10GHz processor. It is not capable of measuring 5G rf. Only up to 2 Rf is measured. It operates at a frequency of 5 GHz, not 10 GHz. Only 4G phones and other 4G devices are capable of being measured; 5G devices are not. I tried it with a 5G wireless router, but it didn't work.

Works perfectly, is simple to use, is gifted, and I adore everything about it
5/5

a single mode, automatic Determine the source of any potential radiation. First and foremost, this pocket-sized The meter's size makes it simple to use and has clear readings. It displays all three types of radiation (EMF, EF, and RF) on the screen at the same time (All-in-One). There is only one mode. RF (Radio Frequency) is a high-frequency radio frequency. Cellphone towers, WIFI, microwaves, smart meters, and 5G networks all emit high-frequency radiation. Power lines, transformers, and circuit breaker boxes have all been found to emit electromagnetic fields (EMF). br>I bought this meter out of curiosity after reading an article about 5G and EMF radiations, as well as the health risks associated with their exposure. Fatigue, headaches, sleeping problems, and even heart problems are all part of it. I had no idea I was exposed to these dangers on a daily basis, whether at home or at work. I'm GLAD I bought it and learned how much harmful radiation I could be exposed to. I used it to measure the amount of EMF emitted by my laptop and extension cord in my workspace. Now I've rearranged my workspace to keep my laptop and extension cord at a safe distance. br>I especially like the All-in-One. This device has one mode that tells me the combined readings of EMF, EF, and RF radiations. It's very convenient because it eliminates the need for me to switch between different viewing modes. Very user-friendly friendly. There are a slew of other features I haven't yet implemented. For the time being, I've only used the All-In-One. There is only one mode and an RF Browser. I'm not sure how the Spectrum Analyzer works, but it appears to be interesting and practical. After doing some research, I discovered that it is a more sophisticated feature. br>With a fully charged battery, this meter can run for several hours. In any case, this meter aids my awareness of my surroundings and helps me avoid radiation threats that aren't visible. It's a great place to start. Everything is self-contained, so be friendly. it is self-explanatory and simple to use This is one of the best Amazon purchases I've ever made.

This is a fantastic little meter
5/5

I was ecstatic once I figured out how to use it. I got it for reasons you probably don't know about, but it has exceeded my expectations thus far. It's a little confusing at first, so I recommend watching videos, reading the manual, or doing whatever else you can to learn how to use it. It has a lot of characteristics. It certainly contributes to your peace of mind. However, it has the potential to make you think about things you were previously unaware of. However, it delivers on all of its promises and more. I really like it and would tell a friend about it.
