Among the features of the Circuit Breaker Kit 69411 is the screw-in adapter for light sockets that is two-prong compatible with the Finder ET300 transmitter. Additionally, it has a cord adapter with two alligator clips on one end for bare wire, and a two prong receptacle on the other end for the transmitter. In addition to the two-pronged transmitter, the Finder Kit ET300 contains an ultrasonic receiver.
The end is really just a female plug with an alligator clip, so it can be attached to the circuit wires, so I'm not sure why it wouldn't work with a plug-type circuit tester.
Wires need to be stripped at each end and the ends capped - If you want an answer to your question, you will need exposed wire. There is no use of grabbing anywhere along an insulated conductor and seeing if it works with those alligator clips. The kinds of apparatus you seem to want are not available for what you are looking for since they are for low voltage situations. Anything with a voltage under The control cabinet is usually located inside. It's not very common practice to insulate piercing components when operating at 120 volts or higher.
It works on 120v as well as 277v. I locate 277v breakers for lighting circuits all the time in commercial buildings. I have used it with klien circuit tracer for many It will also locate 208 v, 220 v, and 480 v breakers by the use of one lead on one phase and the other on ground. It works best for me on the ground.

Klein circuit finders must be used with this. As for my five stars, I only gave it four due to the fact that at $15 they're priced a bit high (the bulb sockets and 3 prong plugs can be purchased separately for much less). Neither the alligator clips nor the pliers are necessarily expensive, but it would have taken more time to put something together if not purchased together. The price would probably be perfect for these at $10. The quality of the product seems great other than that. I would definitely recommend.
It would have been nice if the alligator plug had a little more reinforcement, but as a whole I Kit is really nice, however the cord with the alligator clips will probably not last long since the area where the plug side meets the cord has little reinforcement, and you can see the wires coming through it. There is no way to know for sure, so maybe I am mistaken. Otherwise, it appears to be well made and will work well with the breaker finding kit I have.
is a great tool, especially when 1 person is finding a circuit by themselves. Step-sister was to be with me for most of the day as an alternative A father on the 2 There is no need for a two-way radio, which makes things much simpler! While the Klein main unit this goes with works well, it is very easy to switch it on accidentally, even while in the packaging, and easy to forget to turn it Due to this mistake, the first battery I used went through a 9v battery. It's also true that you don't have to hold down the button once the tool is on but I thought I had to, so I messed up the first time, but now I understand. I've saved a lot of time with this tool. Having an older home that is being updated in stages is another consideration I would advise you to get a ground tester to check the foundation. ) was plugged into the only 3 computers It was a four-prong outlet in the garage, so I assumed it was grounded, tested it, and it was NOT AT ALL! Keep an eye out! The electrician put in a new panel and grounded all of the outlets in the house, but he never checked that for me.
The alligator clips are of high quality, and have proper crimping and soldering. However, there is a need for more companies to include these in their tech kits.
This is a tool I bought to use with my electrical circuit finder. There are 3 pieces to this set An adapter for a light socket, an adapter for a 3 prong to 2 prong cable and a 3-pin to 3-prong cable The adapter converts a prong to an alligator clip. It is also worth your while to get this kit if you intend to purchase any kind of electrical tester or circuit finder tool. It wound up costing me more to buy it one week later than if I'd bought it with my circuit finder.
A Klein ET310 Digital Circuit Breaker Finder works just fine with this. This book is the best I've ever read! My house is already brightened up with new switches after I switched out the light adapters already. The system made my life much easier and saved me from playing through a lot.
Your circuit breaker finder will be able to detect circuit breakers in additional outlets besides regular ones. The accessory allows you to check which breaker is tasked with light sockets, bare wires, and outlets with two prongs as soon as it is installed. The accessory kit in question is one you should not overlook.
I do not see anything wrong with this product. According to the description, you get what you ordered. The pieces will, however, cost you much less if you make them or buy them. You can just cut off the end of an extension cord and solder some alligator clips to the end. It costs around $1 to purchase a Leviton bulb socket adapter. The Leviton one in the kit is the 50 (which is in the kit).
