WR was on the face of the one I received The picture of the one in the article is the same as the one in the article. If I were you, I would contact the service department for a refund, then place an order for a replacement. It is possible that the pull was misjudged.

The plug was inserted easily and the construction was excellent

My favourite feature of this socket is that it is robustly constructed and with excellent lugs, and the fact that it is tamper resistant was a pleasant surprise, since I did not need to struggle to insert the plug. To make sure your plug is properly seated into the outlet, you should make sure that it is fully seated. I think these are worth the 6 dollars they cost, since 1) they pass code, 2) they eliminate contaminants, and 3) they maintain the outlets' color even after repeated sun exposure and the UV rays from the sun. I was given 8 in the last batch and I will buy more when I am ready but the last batch.

The indoor/outdoor Leviton takeout box is tamper-resistant and waterproof

In our yard I placed six of these outside the Taymac boxes and behind shrubs (where they wouldn't be visible). It will be a great Holiday season for all of them. Henceforth, we will not have anymore extension cords running above and under our front porch and The decorative lights for holiday shrubs will now be safe to plug in and there will be no extension cords to hassle with.

This is the ideal device to use outdoors after a GCFI has been installed

My understanding is that this will meet the national electric code for an outdoor receptacle (if it is I'm not sure if the GCFI is required for all local codes (or the national code), but we live near an ocean, and we get a lot of moisture in the air. Since only one GCFI unit is needed, and the rest are to be installed further down the line after it, this proved to be a cheaper option that also had the capabilities of being weather resistant and tamper-proof.

It is dishonest of the seller to charge that much

I am happy with the product so far, but it arrived with a postage due notice. In the end, the seller pocketed the difference for sending it by media mail. Because it is not a media item (books, discs, catalogues, magazines, etc. ) I had to pay the extra to get my order.

I found it to be very useful. So far, there has been no problem. -The 20A outlet was a complete replacement of the 15A outlet that my idiot electrician put into my building.
