The deceptive pages and descriptions of Amazon have been a source of frustration yet again
3/5

It was foolish of me to assume a 4-point victory was imminent There are a lot of deals available right now for this price. I guess the panic of prime day has distracted you from reading. There is clearly a 15A capability label on the full versions of the plugs. However, not a single reference to amperage rating can be found on this page. Therefore, they have an output of less than 12 amps, which means that they are not 15A capable. Considering it's only a lamp, fan, or decoration, it's not so bad. The "Lite" model can be used for any device that runs on a 15A circuit, but if you thought you would use it for anything else, you would be wrong. There is nothing I love more than There are tons of lights and sockets on my Link Kasa router, as well as a 6-foot cable My favorite product is a power strip with multiple ports. It seems Amazon and their confusing descriptions of products really got to me, and I really despise the site. What is the title of the main page? Is it "lite"? The specs section is way down, so I only found it once. In the end, this item has a score of 1 A star is deducted for being deceptive. FYI, HS105 is the 15A model and HS103 is the 12A model. This is P1 There are four types of P4 A pack.

The Google Home app is seamless to setup and integrate
5/5

The first time I bought a smart plug online, I was wary because of the poor reviews I'd read previously for different brands. However, after reading these good reviews, I decided to trust the product. This was the best thing I could have done! I was so surprised at how easy it was to set up. This is a 5-point answer

Setting up in less than a minute I am* *br* You can download the "Kasa" app by clicking here. Clicked the "+" button in the top right corner of the application to add a new smart plug, and then tapped "Smart Plug" -- *Find the model number of my smart plug on the bottom of the plug itself (these are HS103 models) and click on it to select it
- The smart plug is plugged in to the wall, and steps 1-1 are completed Setup is easy on the screen in just a minute - I opened the Google Home app to see a new message from Google A banner with the phrase "Add TP-" was added at the top Upon clicking the "link" I was taken to the following page- I selected all three of the new lamps I had set up* - I asked Google if one of the lamps could be turned off and I got a response from it like this I turned off the lamp in a flash! Tips for writing Please note If you would like a smart plug that can control one device, please take a photo of that device instead of choosing a random icon. There will be a time when this is useful. I am* *br* Choosing a nickname is similar to selecting a proper name because it is unique and distinct. The lamps in my bedroom are named Kirk, Eddie, and Olive. Weird, wouldn't you say? The method behind this madness is this In the event that I have three lamps in a single room, I find it difficult to tell the Google Assistant to turn off or turn on the lamps. Google is more likely to find your lamp when it has names like Eddie or Kirk. Also, it makes it easier for you to remember the lamp on your nightstand is named Brian, rather than "Bedroom Lamp #1. ". If you ask me if I recommend this product - I say yes to that. I no longer have to deal with complicated setups or strange technical errors, which means I can live the lazy fantasy of my dreams. I can't believe how lazy one can be today, since everything is technological. This is all there is to it. It is your task, if you made it this far, to buy the damn smart plugs.

As far as 40+ feet away, it works
5/5

Near my router I have a detached shed that is more than 40 feet away. A florescent light is mounted at the very rear of the shed, which is 20 feet long. I bought this to be able to turn on my shed light when I'm in the house or when I enter the shed where I have a plugged-in echo dot. As it turns out, the Kasa mini plug is a perfect fit. The pull chain is conveniently located out of sight, so you don't have to find it in a dark shed. I can turn on the shed light for my husband when he comes in from fishing at night while I'm watching television in the house. There are a lot of these lying around There are bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen in the basement. I know they make them for wall switches too. I know you can put them anywhere you have a lamp with a cord. It would be great if I could use it with my Keurig, but you still have to push a button to activate the brewing process. It won't work that way. Even an old style coffee percolator and echo in your bedroom can be set to turn on when you wake up and turned off every evening at a predetermined time. All these systems can be set to operate on schedules and even turn your lights It is also possible to operate one or more of your lights remotely via your cell phone or iPad. As soon as I installed it in my bedroom, I used it with a small table fan. It didn't require getting up in the middle of the night to turn it off if I got too cold. The only thing I said was. . The fan should be turned off, echo will be on. The same is true the other way around. The easiest way for me to cool down was to say, 'Fan on,' when I got hot. I use these for over a year now and have had no problems with any of the 10 I have. They are easy to set up and use. Even at 70 years of age, I think I'm up to the task. The same is true for you. If you're using 2G, make sure you install it on that As far as I know, it does not work over.

It's amazing how well it works! It was a mistake to buy a 4 pack for a cheaper price
5/5

Neither of these applications integrated with Alexa. I have never had any problems with these. The printer I got for my business needs a reboot at 3am, so I plug it into one of these and before I'm ready to go to work the next morning, it restarts itself. use it to turn on the lights in my living room and bedroom. She tells me to rest well and turns on the bedroom, turns off the loving room, and turns off the television when I tell her I'm ready for bed. I can also use it when I'm away from home to turn on and off lights and a radio. The only brand I'll ever buy is this one.

There's a "smart" switch that works, but it could be even To replace a slew of Belkin WeMos that were absolutely horrible, I bought a bunch of these
4/5

There was never a consistent effort. Compared to other switches, Kasa is much more reliable and has been performing well Among the main complaints is that you cannot program an offset time for sunrise or sunset. For example, I have my landscape lighting set to turn on at a certain time each day. However, there are a lot of trees that block the sun late in the day, so I would like the lights to turn on 30 minutes before sunset. There was an option to set the device for sundown on the WeMo About thirty During the transition between day and night, sundown changes a little bit throughout the day, so the switch will always activate 30 minutes before sunset. In the Kasa app, this capability is not available. There are two options either set it by sunset or I have already passed the deadline for making a decision Your computer automatically sets the time or you manually do so. However, if you set it manually, then you will need to adjust it every week. This is a major problem since I need 50% of my switches to have this feature. I'm requesting the app be updated to include this functionality Kasa. I truly do not believe it is that difficult. If you changed my review to 5 stars right away, I would be very pleased.
