However, after I began volunteering to make face masks for the medical professionals, and now everyone, I realized it was just what the masks needed. With the other wires, they were breaking and projecting into the fabric of the washing machine. The problem has been resolved! Since using this wire, I haven't broken a sewing needle! It can be ironed over, both sides of it can be washed, and it's easy to bend! If I strike the wire with a #14 needle, it simply pierces the coating and passes through the thin wires inside.
I'm satisfied with both the price and the quality. A 100-foot piece of this wire can make a great deal of masks. Try it!.
This was used to expand our dog fence, and so far it works great. Extremely well suited to carry the current. In addition to rewiring my trailer lighting, I have also used some of the excess to make my trailer lights.
The review I am giving is due to an error in the product I received, which did not match what I had purchased nor what I had been told it would be. I bought a # 10 gauge wire and received a # 16 gauge wire instead. A return does not provide a resolution to this type of error. Neither can time be gained back nor can lost time be retrieved.
In regards to the wire, it is hard to review it, but the strands are good gauge and the insulation appears to be tough and easy to strip. It was a good deal and the electronic components I attached to it worked.
I have generally liked Southwire products, and this seems another good product. I have never found a better price on a good wire. Although some of these wires are good for exercising, I'm not sure they'd be as good for If I can figure out how to use it while I am jogging or lifting weights, I'll let you know.
16 AWG (American Wire Gauge) is so much smaller than that, it is more like 18 or 20 AWG. Having said that, I do appreciate the fact that it is made in the United States! The company is trying to reach out to me.
There is some orange in the red, but it is more of a red. It would be ideal if it were The product is made in the United States.
I have purchased Southwire products in the past and will continue to do so in the future.
