The copper has been stranded. The insulation is white and tough enough to pull through walls as a wall covering, and it appears to be made to withstand outdoor and protected conditions. With it, I was able to power my video doorbell with 16v power. The vinyl siding in my house was installed underneath it.
Yes, it is possible
Splicing christmas lights is not a good idea. You start a fire by setting the lights on fire. The lights will be cheaper to replace than your house. You should not use them outdoors unless you intend to.
Yes, I am. Using it as a terminated folded dipole, I was able to cover 160m through 6m without any issues.

It is heavy duty and provides.
There is no marking on the wire. It does not have an insulation rating. Neither the wire nor the label states the actual gauge of the wire. It does not appear to be listed by UL or another organization. In comparison to other primary wires I have used in the past, this is unlike anything I have seen before. The primary wire should not be called that.
In my opinion, this is a great GPT/primary wire for automotive applications and a great price. However, I am disturbed to see some of the top reviews describing this as 300V wire or as not as good as THHN wire you can buy at I am neither such a thing nor such a thing Please note *br*br*- There are two types of wires automotive or primary wire with GPT (General-Purpose Technology *thermoplastic) indoor insulation - With this wire, you are able to connect 100 volts DC to 60 volts DC and 25 volts AC to 50 volts AC The product will be used in 12VDC automotive applications* There is no designation for THHN wire or any other NEC wire type on this wire The wiring of a house must never be done with copper - The wiring is designed for dry/protected installations only, is not intended for marine applications (see Ancor wire listings for marine and GPTM wiring).
Good quality wire for experimentation with radio frequency antennas. I'd like to leave a 4, but I'm not sure I can. This rating is 5 stars. A 100' spool was initially purchased by me however, I used it for a project and liked it so much I purchased another 200'. Compared to other bullet sizes, I find 18 gauge to be a good balance between cost, Despite the PVC jacket's greater risk of snagging on branches than a certain brand of high end "Silky" wire, the cost of playing around with new antenna designs makes it well worth the cost. It is of value to Southwire since it is manufactured in the US.
In order to build a custom motorcycle lighting setup, I created a wire harness using this product. Quality appears to be fine, although I bought extra heat protection just to be on the safe side. There is a great quality to the strands and they stay together perfectly. In my opinion, this is an excellent stranded wire that I highly recommend for most projects requiring such a wire. My only reason for not giving it a perfect five is because the wire does not easily strip off. With my wire cutters, I am able to keep the wire intact but the rubber is hard to cut. I have no difficulties with my wire cutters with the wire I purchase from my local electrical hobby shop, even though they aren't spectacularly good. I recommend this wire because it is a high quality product at a price that could not be beat at the time of the.
This product is made in the United States. There is a mark that says "Made in USA" on mine. I can easily strip the copper wire with my strippers because it is pure copper strand. Why is that an issue for some people? I wonder if they were just poor quality strippers coming With this 18 AWG wire, there is nothing not to like about it. It is a quality product.
In order to repair the fence between my house and my neighbor's, I had to make repairs. The invisible fence he had for his dog was a good investment. In this case, I used some insulated staples to patch up the wire. I'm delighted with how well it worked! It does not make sense why it asked me to rate on "stretch", electrical wires do not I love it!.
