I am not sure if "waterproof" has been tested since it did not rain. The electrician is only complaining about It is impossible to fit into the space within the see-through.

The way I would test a waterproof outlet is unclear to me. Water is not going to be poured on it before something is plugged If it rains, I'll just assume that to the best of my knowledge most water will not drip on the outlet. Despite its fragile appearance, the product.
