A small raised lettering on the face of the door says "Wet location when cover closed" below that is a message that reads "Made in USA" and beneath that is the Greenfield logo. The only thing that stands out is gray, and the print is small, so it isn't extremely noticeable. On our front porch, we have two, and on our back deck, we have two. You can see that the distance between those two screw holes on the cover are different from the distance between the screw seats of the electrical sockets in my electric box. It isn't clear how the 4 star people were able to get it to fit, but I suspect they used a hammer. The standard electrical socket distance is 3 1/4", but the holes on this box cover are only 3 3/4".
