I purchased these to use in my barn to run aluminum clad 12/2 wire. These are sturdy and do a good job of holding the aluminum-wrapped cables in place. Furthermore, it is less expensive than purchasing them at a hardware store. When I run out, I'll be sure to order more.
These were purchased for use in my garage with a BX cable installation. They worked great and were a lot less expensive than what you'd find in a home improvement store.
In a metal building, this is a fantastic way to keep mc cable secure.
