One motor is working, but not the other. It was amazing how early we were able to arrive. One motor is working, but not the other. Even though it is not a big expensive item, it is still disappointing. Karlsson has done business with me a few times before and I have never had an issue. I'm guessing this is a one-off incident and will not prevent me from purchasing from them in the future.
