There is a failure of PCB traces long before 40A occurs

The output board of this controller failed by blowing through its PCB traces when a 20v and 20A load was applied. replaced the bus wire with wire to fix the traces, but after that the failure shifted to the PWM circuit . At the moment, only the relays turn on with no power being delivered. As the LED activates properly, it looks like the voltage regulator is still in good working order, so that leaves the transistor switch as the main Although it is heat sinked as per the manufacturer's picture, an additional computer fan was installed on the board to make it run cooler, but the board was still defective. My advice would be to not use this board for anything exceeding 10 amps.

I really enjoyed the first replacement of a bad part

Here's the news As soon as the replacement part arrived, I connected it and it was perfectly functional. The seller contacted me to confirm my satisfaction with the item. When I hooked up the item (correctly) it worked for a few minutes, but stopped working after that. Based on the solution and corrective actions taken once I have contacted and resolved the issue, I will update this rating.

The installation and use of the software is easy

Using hydraulic lifts, I built a coffee table that raises up and down. This PWM hydraulic pump works excellently with the DC hydraulic pump, which was too fast before. It was super easy to connect and there were no issues at all.

I replaced a $90 outdoor model train controller that kept breaking with it. For the lid, I used a $5 plastic clamshell sandwich lunch box I bought at Walmart. The box works great, and actually looks pretty cool.
