Product Description

With 6 channels and an optocoupler remote relay, the relay can handle a maximum load of 250 volts for 10 amplification, and 30 volts for 10 amplification.
An optocoupler isolates the signal, has a strong drive capability and reliable performance trigger current is
DC 5V, 24V and 12V, three voltage versions of the module.
An LED can be placed on each channel of the module to indicate whether it is turned on or off
A status indicator shows power (green), and a 6-channel relay status indicator (red).

Questions & Answers

In the manual it says each channel of the module can be toggled by a jumper to set a high or In the case of high level volts, what is the difference?

I am writing to you regarding this 6-digit number Signals on the high and low levels can be used to trigger the channel relay module. * Be able to select high or low alert At a level or in a low-level You can adjust the jumper cap to adjust the level. In either case, the corresponding relay is activated at a low level when the jumpers are inserted in COM and LOW pins. Jumper caps inserted on the COM and HIGH pins cause the relays to go high when inserted. As well as these different trigger sources, different versions of the relay high and low triggers also exist. This is the version 05V Put the trigger signal in the low level trigger and set the trigger level The DC Value is 0. Turn on the DC3-powered relay at 2V Off for the 5 volt relay. Put the trigger signal in the high level trigger and set the high level trigger The DC Value is 0. The relay on 5V is off, the DC3 is on. Turn on the relay at 5V. This version is 12 volts Then, set the trigger level to the low level and input the trigger signal as follows The DC Value is 0. A 5V relay is on, DC6 is off The 12V relay should be turned off. Input the trigger signal by setting the high level trigger The DC Value is 0. The relay for the 5V is off, the DC6 is on A 12V relay has been enabled. A 24V version is available Then, set the trigger level to the low level and input the trigger signal as follows The DC Value is 0. The 12V relay is on, *Set the high level trigger and input the trigger signal *Set the 24V relay OFF* Set the high level trigger The DC Value is 0. A 5V relay and a DC12-volt power supply are off Relay at 24 volts is on. * You ordered the 05V version, and you can choose between low level triggers and high level triggers depending on whether the trigger signals of your input match. How can I trigger the relays with a button or switch connected to the right Is it possible to do it without a microcontroller. ?

This module can be triggered at high level and low level as follows In S1 A relay can be triggered either by a high or a low level by setting S4 It is recommended that this product should be used to trigger the relays by high or low levels. Switches and other devices outside of the network are generally not recommended.

I have one more question, can the same 12v that is on the board be the control voltage as well or does it need to be a separate 12v?

Triggering needs to be separated from the level signal. It is important to distinguish the physical quantities of level and voltage.

Is this going to allow 12 v to be put to any of the six inputs and trigger a 12 v relay, while simultaneously keeping all ?

It is possible to trigger each of the 6 relays This feature allows you to keep input isolated.

It's good to have opto separated relays
5/5

As for the layout, I like it. I'm still experimenting with it.

In what dimensions should the product be produced? I cannot figure out how to make a board and hole spacing work - the holes would break out the end of the board based on your given dimensions

Using this relay, it worked fine, but one of the jumpers was bent when the package was opened
4/5

It was not very careful how I was packed.
