It works as expected. As I watched a Galco Electronics YouTube video, I realized I also needed an auxiliary contactor with momentary button controls for my application. in all, it was a breeze to install, and it works great with my hydraulic press requiring a 5hp motor.

This works very well with my 2 HP 240V 5HP An air compressor with multiple stages. It would be nice if it had a built-in on-off switch, but it is easy to add or simply use a pressure switch with a power switch.

I paid an electrician to install it, but he was a defective contractor.
It took about two weeks and two emails to amazon to finally get a refund for the defective item. I had a terrible experience from start to finish!.
